Jessie is the sweetest! She helped me find the dog food I was looking for, carried it to the counter for me and carried to the car for me! Such good caring people who really love their job. Will definitely be returning!

Just went in there to get our 3 rescue cat's some food, and the lady Jaya is LITERALLY the sweetest lady and very knowledgeable about the products. Store was very clean and the other staff working with her was also great as well.

This is a hidden gem in the jungle of the east. It has the animal food you want for your pets. I was impressed with the overall feel of the store. The workers seemed up beat and positive, even when I came in at 830pm before they closed. I wasn't rushed or pushed out like at other stores close to closing time. I recommend this store to anyone with a family animal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store was clean. Animals housing was clean, they appeared healthy and well cared for. Only negative I could say is that a lot of items were on the pricey side, but then again everything is nowadays, and it's not the internet. Brick and mortar shops providing jobs and services locally aren't ever gonna to be amazon or drop ship retailer.

Damien, Shyanne, and Teal were all so helpful today! They helped me with all my questions and need and were making sure I was good to go throughout shopping. I appreciate all your guys help! I’m making this my regular spot to shop from now on! :)

Wonderful staff. Went to this location multiple times gathering up aquatic plants and all the supplies for my planted aquarium. 5s level clean also.

Desyre was very helpful & extremely courteous. The rest of the staff around were also very pleasant and happy to help. Very sweet and knowledgeable team.

Was a pleasant experience . I found all I needed and was given answers to all of my questions I had , even a couple minutes after store hours without being pushed away which I thought to be very kind to still help on their time .

I absolutely love this place, and the workers are all amazing . I recommend this place for your family and animals ❤.

I think her name was Cheyenne ( manager) she sold my daughter all the wrong things more than what she needed and they had a starter kit would have been cheaper also they do offer a military discount she wasn't doing them though??? I give 5 stars to store and employees 0 stars for manager I hate doing this but only way I know to provide improvement

We were looking at the fish and Jessica answered all the questions we didnt know we had. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had great recommendations. If you are looking for anything for your aquarium I recommend Jessica!

They love my dog and daughter and allow them to just come in and pet the animals

I wanted to thank the entire staff for their professionalism & obvious passion for animals when I asked to bring in my rescue that is still learning to socialize & her timid behavior is often misunderstood.I was almost brought to tears with how their patience & energy (not to mention knowledge of correct behavior modifications 😅) allowed my girl to enjoy her adventure & even show her good-girl side to complete strangers 🥺. Thank you so much!!

Top notch service and knowledge

My daughter has been wanting a Guinea pig for almost a year now. We have been in the store on multiple occasions asking questions and trying to learn lots before we agreed to get a pair. The staff was so helpful to my husband and I while we asked what we thought to be stupid questions.
When I showed up with my daughter they were so happy to see us back and we spent about an hour maybe more picking the right Guinea pigs for us and all the things they would need and want.
We have had the piggies about 5 days now and they are so sweet and so fun to cuddle and play with.

Love this place! Friendly staff and the pet bath is extremely convenient!

Needed flea meds for the 4 legged kids, they carry the capstar (which is in pill form) for both cats and dogs. And if you can't afford the month pack, they sell them individually by the week.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, eager to help and courteous. I get my fish here. The fish are healthy and haven't had any die on me a week later. The selection is good could be better.

Us to love jacks aquarium but petal d is lot more organized and knowledgeable in pet care needs.
