I’ve been dealing with bad plantar fasciitis for a while. I would like to give Tanisha White a sincere thank you. Store closed at 6. I came in right before closing. Tanisha easily stayed an extra half hour when store was closed to help me. That is great appreciated. Also, I never felt rushed at all. She was wonderful. She looked at my crocs and saw uneven wear and recommend a good brooks shoe. I havr custom inserts from my podiatrist so in really hoping I can get rid or mitigate it well. She also recommend recovery slides and they are good you can feel the support. Tanisha if you read this thank you. If a regional manger reads these. She is awesome and going to be the reason I come again!!

I gotta say, I never knew the methodology around feet, shoes, cushioning, support, etc. Vic, my friend! gave me 30 minutes of his time and educated as well as helped me. I came in hell best on what I wanted. We did the test, and he examined how I walked and picked out the right shoes and support.

Tanisha was so patient and helpful. She really took time to explain the science behind each shoe style I tried and how it was or was not a best fit for my particular needs (flat feet, heel pain). She carefully noted with each shoe test which one held my foot the best and promoted proper functioning for every step. Thank you Tanisha for your excellent customer service for me and my parents!

This Rancho Cucamonga. Tanisha is one of the most informative and friendly sales people I have ever met! If you've only rarely found the perfect shoe for your foot, or condition you may have, then give these guys and gals are shot. They will make sure you leave that store with the right shoe for your needs. You won't find run of the mill brands here, this is the type of place where you get what you pay for, and it's worth it.

I took my Mom to Lucky Feet to see what they had. Andy Garcia helped my mom find some booties and sandals that were comfortable and supported her knees. Andy was really helpful. There were some cute shoe choices, which I really didn't expect. My mom will be back.

My first time at lucky feet.. I had been dealing with foot pain and back pain for years. I thought maybe changing to different would make a difference. I was helped by Vic, he was so very helpful and gave me his advice on shouts and insoles. Today is the first time wearing my new with new insoles and I’m so very happy with the results. Every time I rest and get up my feet always hurts and for the first time my feet didn’t hurt. Thank you to Vic. You were very helpful and right. I would definitely be back for more shoes. Came here limping from my foot pain and Vic got me set up with the proper inserts and shoe combo and I literally walked out the store with my feet feeling great! Vic was also very patient and explained the products and why he was showing me the options presented to me to make sure I got the proper match. I absolutely loved Kayla's customer service at this location brought my friend over to get a pair of shoes because of a recent injury and she was fantastic throughout the whole transaction thank you so much for making our trip so easy

Bought some shows yesterday and they were hurting my feet. Came in today and Vic with no problem at all asked me if I wanted a refund or to try another pair. I tried on another pair and was ready to pay the difference and leave. Tanisha saw my foot not right for the shoe I thought I wanted. So she stopped from messing up again. She brought me different pairs and totally hooked me up. They were both very profesional and went above and beyond. Will be buying my shoes here from now on.

Took my mom to Lucky Feet Store to get her feet measured for the correct shoe for her. She has balance issues. Vic waited on us and worked to get my mom the right shoes and inserts. Excellent store! This store specializes in shoes to meet medical conditions. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are patient, even when trying on many shoes. Jason helped us and he was an excellent salesperson. He provided many options for my mom, even when she was indecisive, he stayed with her. We got excellent shoes. Highly recommend coming here!

Good morning, this is Mark. My mom and I have never been to Lucky feet before. The manager, Vic greeted us wholeheartedly and was super friendly and helpful. I was suggested here by my coworker at work. Can’t wait to use my hokas during my shift.
