This location is extremely thorough and communicative. I appreciate that they scheduled me very quickly, and that they had diagnosed all issues with my car same day. The oil change and diagnostic price was reasonable in comparison to other shops. Kim was pleasant to work with.

I had my brakes repaired at Oxford Automotive, and it was easily the best car repair experience I have ever had! They were friendly, professional, fast, their pricing was great and exactly what had been quoted to me! They got me right in, and to top it off, their location is beautiful and relaxing! I highly recommend them 👌 !

The Benz dealer that sold and serviced my 2009 Smart car notified me with short notice the morning of my appointment that they would no longer service my car - great since I nearly had no breaks. Oxford got me in right away, knew how to service a Smart vehicle, and did it well. My car is back to its peppy self, and I will back with my 2017 Smart soon for its tune up! I highly recommend them, and the bonus is a great drive through the countryside to their Delaware location.

We came to Oxford after an unfortunate situation with a car we had just purchased. They quickly diagnosed our car and then held onto it for a week (and offered a courtesy vehicle) while we worked everything out with the dealership. They were then able to fix our vehicle before our planned family vacation. We would definitely recommend, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the repair.

2015 Jeep Wrangler, after having some bad luck dealing with other local shops I usually try do do my own work but in this instance I was having a drivetrain vibration I was unable to diagnose, Oxford came highly rated so I brought it in to them to inspect. Christian and Nick were a pleasure to work with and Nick was able to quickly identify the issue - bent driveshaft and get it replaced (both aftermarket - Adams). Christian went above and beyond IMHO regarding keeping me informed with status updates which were GREATLY appreciated! Pricing was fair for the work performed and if I ever run into another issue I need to bring in to experts, I have complete confidence I could bring my vehicles in to Oxford and it would be in great hands. Highly recommend.

Oxford Automotive is the best automotive repair shop in all of Delaware County! They were honest, compassionate and all around the most pleasant experience when getting my car repaired. Kim will go above and beyond for you as a customer especially when my warranty company was giving us a hard time regarding repairs. Dom was my service technician, he was thorough, honest and communicated with me throughout the repair process. They have made me a lifetime customer after this repair!

Affordable, great service all around! Christian is so nice, professional and knowledgeable! Such a wonderful thing to have loaner cars! Makes getting your car fixed so much easier. We’ve been there twice for two different cars and will continue to go here. Fast and work is always superb!

Easy to schedule. They explain all repairs needed in a way that I understand often by showing me either in person or via pictures. The availability of a loaner vehicle is important to me as i take care of my elderly mother. I feel confident that my car is safe to drive when its been serviced by Oxford. The front desk people are friendly and professional.

Was looking for a local shop to service my older VW which can be tricky. Came across Oxford as a shop that serviced VW vehicles. I spoke with Sandra when I called in to see if they were able to take a look at my vehicle. She assured that they had a tech that was experienced and could diagnose and repair the issue. They recommended a Service 1 level inspection which was very thorough and informative. Pictures of other issues found were sent to me and cost estimates were attached as well. The issue diagnosed was explained well and the report was very professional. Communication was great through the whole process. No pressure sales for other recommended items found. Christian was a great point of contact and followed up as well through the process. The shop is a really neat set up and very welcoming. Also they gave me a complimentary ride home day of drop off and Jacob was a pleasure talking with and I could tell he enjoyed working with the team at Oxford. I will be back for future work. My issue was diagnosed and fixed and has been great. They do provide a great warranty with their work which is reassuring. Thanks Oxford!

I will definitely be returning for any future auto services. My Volvo needed brakes/rotors and they had parts available and took care of it quickly. Very competitive pricing. Great customer service.

I took my car to the Delaware Oxford station for servicing and had an excellent experience. I asked them to inspect the brakes because I believed the pads were due to be changed. It had been over two years since I purchased it (used) and expected it was well past time to have it done.

They performed the inspection of the brakes, along with a list of many other items, and advised that there was nothing on my car that needed servicing. They are truly ethical mechanics. They could have easily charged me for an unneeded brake job on my car and I would not have been any wiser. To top it off, there was no charge for the inspection itself either. Outstanding!

This was my first but not last time to Oxford Automotive! We received a coupon in a mailer for an oil change with tire rotation. Having just moved here we decided to give it a try for my husband's truck. Quick friendly service, will definitely be a repeat customer.
