Poked Yolk

store was very clean. service was great. I got the French toast breakfast sandwich with bacon egg and cheese and crispy hashbrowns served with syrup. it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! the whole meal, with a soda added was around $13. well worth it. highly recommend

This restaurant is a hidden treasure in Batavia, Ohio in a little strip mall on Bauer Road just on the south side of SR 32. We were camping down at East Fork Lake State Park and we came here for a quick brunch. I had the Cincinnatian a 3 egg omelet with goetta and Homefries and Ashley had the Chicken Tacos. Both meals were great 👍
We were surprised to be seated immediately and waitress was very helpful with my wife's selection.
Next time I'll do the Chicken Hash and Ashley said she was going with the chicken and waffles. So you can see we plan to return to this establishment and I'll gladly recommend it. Parking should not be an issue and the have outdoor seating during the warm months.

It's a nice-looking restaurant that was very clean. First time I had been there. I had the chicken hash and a side of gravy. I poured the gravy on the chicken hash. I took a bite and started laughing. I just couldn't believe how good it was. It was that amazing. My daughter had the breakfast bowl. She said that was great as well. The coffee was decent and so was the service. I really enjoyed my lunch here. We will definitely be back. You should check it out.

Loved the Blueberry French Toast. Beautiful mouth watering delicious.Gravy and biscuits great on a bitter cold morning.My hot tea was a large generous oversized modern cup. Pleasant friendly wautress.Restaurant is clean,quite and well lit charming atmosphere.Wilk visit again soon.

Jenna was an amazing waitress!! she was sweet and very accommodating.. even after we spilled mtn dew everywhere. The goetta was crispy and the breakfast burritos were also amazing! Def recommend the raspberry tea and the mimosa.

Good food, friendly staff, sparse interior (but I didn't go for the walls). Plenty of parking and seating. Would return.

Went there for some breakfast and was amazed at how clean it was. We got our food so fast and was crazy how cheap the prices were!! Recommend the french toast and the granola yogurt bowl! Also the coffee is incredible that I had to take picture for my instagram

Very nice place! Came in here the other day to pick up a door dash and wanted to come back and try it. I'm glad I did! I got biscuits and gravy with home fries, tasted very good just wish the gravy wasn't so spicy. My husband got the breakfast bowl and he said it was delicious and was a lot of food. My son got the traditional breakfast and he said it was very good and filling! The three of us ate for under $33 and will definitely be back!

Clean restaurant, waitress was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I loved my pancake breakfast, my girlfriend loved the biscuits and gravy and the breakfast sandwich. Will definitely go back!

Holy smokes! The best pancakes I've ever had. The biscuits and gravy were also awesome. The eggs and bacon were also superb.

Stopped in for the 1st time today. Very impressed! Great food, great prices & awesome service. Very modern, darling decor and very clean as well. It's nice to have a full service breakfast/lunch restaurant so close to home! A+

Really cute place, super clean. The server was super nice and responsive. We both got the Cincinnati omelette and hashbrowns (extra crispy) with a side of their sausage gravy…. and it was really good! Portions are generous. Coffee was good. Service was quick. Would definitely be back.

Everything I have off the menu is excellent. The Cincinnatian omelet is top notch. Coffee is smooth with great flavor. I come nearly weekly.

My mom and I needed a place to hang out for a bit while we were waiting in the area, and someone recommended that we try the Poked Yolk. We were not disappointed. Our server, Phoenix, was fast to come and helpful in recommending dishes. We split a poked yolk omelette and blueberry French toast. The servings were generous, and the food was delicious, especially the omelette. We’ll definitely be heading this way again for the purpose of eating here.

The Blueberry French Toast was amazing. Best local French toast by far.

The Veg Head Omelet was delicious and I liked the mixed greens that came with it. It was a pleasant breakfast side.

This was all via Doordash so I could only imagine how much better it would have been (if that is possible) at the restaurant itself.

Highly recommend both items on the menu.
