The Lake George Inn

Nice price and walking distance to LG village, staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms have mini fridge, microwave, TV, coffee is free in the office not rooms. Parking is tight but enough spaces to go around. Only suggestion I have is to have more absorbent bath towels, I felt wet after I dried off 😅

We booked the trip months prior simply bc it's pet friendly! No pet deposit! (If they leave a mess etc then it's charged) the pool was clean and a nice size! The staff was super friendly! It's a quick walk to the trip and great view for fire works!!

For a motel this place checked all the boxes. The room was extremely clean, especially the bathroom. Beds were comfy for motel bathrooms. The outside of the motel is very clean and well taken care of. Motel is right on the intersection of Canada street, next to a ton of restaurants and only a few mins walk to the downtown area so that you don’t need to take your car. Staff was at the office for most of the day, I would definitely consider staying again when I go to Lake George.

Very happy with our stay this weekend… owners were very nice. House keeping was very good and she was so nice. Room was extremely clean. Pool was heated and clean. Coffee was good.. parking is a bit tight but so close to village we walked. Cant wait to visit again in 3 weeks…

The price is great , location is good if you don't need a view because you aren't in the center of town with all the madness but a quick trip down the strip and there it is .. staff is A+ from the start before even booking. During my stay contacted the office for more toiletries and I feel like before I hung up they were at my door. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking can be a bit tricky in a full-sized pickup. Great let friendly location !

This was our first time staying here and it won’t be our last! I don’t go anywhere without my dogs (one is service one is pet) and to find a place that accepts dogs without charging a ton of money is rare. You would never know that the rooms are dog friendly because they are so clean! (I’m a house cleaner so I check the “forgotten” areas) It’s in a perfect location to walk around lake George as well! The staff is friendly and there is just a friendly laid back atmosphere at this inn that makes you feel welcome! I’m recommending this place to everyone who wants to visit lake George (esp if you have dogs ) it’s a 10/10 from me !

We love this place. We stayed in the 2 bedroom efficiancy. All the dishes,, silverware and cups were great. One thing about this hotel is that the rooms and everything is clean. You get a clean comfortable room at a fair price. The pool was amazing. You can sit out by the pool and watch your kids while enjoying a nice cigar. They also allow 1 toy per child in the pool which was huge for our daughter. The pool is also open until 10pm which makes for a great ending after shopping and eating in the village. Right downtown so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the beach if you want to do some fishing or swimming in the lake. Its also pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog as well. I had a few small requests which Dan at the front desk took care of for me. He went above and beyond. So friendly and glad to help me. Its people like him that will keep us coming back. We highly recommend.

The hotel interior was a bit old, but it was very clean and in good shape!The price of the rooms were very affordable.
The pool was awesome, Great to hang out and enjoy a breakbetween seeing the sights in Lake George.
We will absolutely be back next August!

The owners are the most pleasant people to work with. From the start of our reservation they were so accommodating and friendly. The location is awesome and it’s so easy to walk to the village. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and it was a great size for the 5 of us....especially for the price!! We will definitely can’t wait to come back!

Solid place to stay. The rooms were clean. The best part was that they allow dogs which is convenient for myself. Although its not in the center of town, I prefer it so its quieter at night. Also they are right next to one of my favorite breakfast spots in Lake George, Flapjack Petes.

Perfect for a no-frills place to lay your head at night. Inexpensive yet clean and the staff is friendly. Walking distance to town and the Lake.

We had a great stay at this motel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the action.

Not a five-star place but definitely five star people. It's everything I need in a vacation spot: hot water, comfy bed, clean sheets, clean room, and people that are easy to deal with. I enjoyed interacting with the guests and owners, and appreciated that they too went out of their way for me in giving me a late check-out so I could keep my dogs safe while out on the river. Dee Dee the housekeeper is a sweetheart and myself and my kids couldn't have asked for anything more. #petfriendly #peoplefriendly

I have been staying at the Lake George Inn for over 15 years. The owner Dan is very nice and will accommodate his guests to make them happy. It's a nice, basic hotel with pool, fridges, HBO and Wi-Fi. It's within walking distance of the village of Lake George and with the low cost of the rooms, it leaves more money for fun stuff!

Nice stay. Great experience, stayed 2 nights early in the season. Very clean. Fantastic shower. Short drive, walk really; to center of town. Cant possibly asks for more at the charged

Nice place and very affordable. Five stars for a great time, friendly staff. The pool was nice, refreshing, and clean. Five minutes to the beach , food, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

The Lake George Inn is a pet friendly hotel. It has a nice bathroom and all the walls were recently painted. It has a nice living area and will definitely satisfy the needs of a tourist in Lake George.
