I have received primary care services at Loveland HS of Ohio, with Karen Stephenson as my primary care provider. Under her care, I have felt valued as a patient. I appreciate her thoroughness and genuine concern for my well-being.

Additionally, I've also appreciated the supportive staff and occasional appointments with Dr. B (who wears great socks btw) , which have further enhanced my overall experience at Loveland HS. I’m sorry to see Dr.Nurse Stephenson leave.

Healthsource pharmacy in Batavia has been my place to go for over 17 yrs. Tom and Cindy and the rest of the gang are the best! Very convenient with my doc being right next door and all of them are so friendly!

The best pharmacy around. The staff is so helpful and even call me when my scripts are ready. Even call and tell you happy Birthday. Wouldn't be taking my scripts anywhere else.

This pharmacy is hands down the GOAT (greatest of all time). They care about each and every patient that comes in the door. They treat them like family. They very accomidating even though they have day time hours they offered to deliver my meds for FREE since i couldnt make there in time. Tom the pharmacist is so helpful and answers any of my questions or concerns. Janet is always welcoming when I come in to pick up my medications. I had an issue with my insurance and Cindy took care of it for me so I would get my meds on time. They are a dynamic team at Batavia. I really appreciate the care my family and I have received over the years. I have been coming here for over 10 years.

I came in and was welcomed by smiling faces and serviced fast and accurately! Will definitely come back to fill my prescription!

They are have my refills ready when I get there. Staff are friendly and helpful at explaining any issues that arise with insurance.

Cindy is by far hands down one of the best around. She is always so helpful and understanding. I never feel rushed when I have questions or concerns. She was a tremendous help with an insurance issue I had recently. Her customer service is OUTSTANDING. Tom the pharmacist is also very helpful whenever I have questions or concern regarding a new prescription. By far a very caring staff. Thank you it does not go unnoticed.
