I appreciated the service in my two visits. The representatives showed me what was available in what we were looking for. The two sales people gave me and my sister alone time to contemplate our options. I did not feel any pressure to hastily make a decision. We felt that the loveseat recliner that we purchased was an excellent quality and value.

Not my first time buying from this store and location. The Yonkers store is bright and clean and has the most friendly, knowledgable and professional salespeople. Ruddy was our salesman and was nothing but top notch. He could not have made us more comfortable and excited about our new furniture.

Great experience at the outlet store. We had an appointment with a sales person. We came early to look around by ourselves. We were politely approached by sales people if we had any questions. Our sales rep placed our order and explained everything. We plan to return in the near future to buy something else.

I received customer service from Terri, and she was phenomenal!! She was the only person to greet myself and my mom and she stayed patient with us the entire time. No matter how indecisive I was, she was there to help!
