Mike handled the sale of our co-op and the purchase of our house. He made both transactions seamless and as stress free as possible. When we decided to sell, he went over step by step the process including the timeline and what to expect. The photographer that was hired did an excellent job and the listing he created drew a lot of positive attention. We had multiple offers above asking. Since day one Mike gave us 100% of his time and effort. While we knew he had many clients and a busy schedule, it never came across as such. He was very responsive to our many texts and calls and even went out of his way to deliver something to our lawyer when we were unable to, ultimately shaving days off the buying process. And while we believe he found us our forever home, if we do ever need his services in the future there is no question he has our business.
