Dawn was a pleasure to work with

30 days, no requested showings, only one person(bobby) showed up for the open house. When I fired her she said
"BTW Bobby said house was to small for the price". She said she's a "trained negotiator" yet never negotiated anything.
She priced our house,not us.
She said "everyone that contacted her office, wanted to wait for the open house".
