Relax The Back

Wow, my husband and I love our ‘perfect chairs’. Not like a standard recliner with just a few settings. You can really customize to your comfort level. It also has lumbar and heat. The quality of the leather is amazing, super soft and cozy. If you have middle to low back pain this is the chair for you. Bryan spent a lot of time with us helping decide on colors, and educating us on all the settings. The delivery and setup was absolutely white glove. So happy we found these chairs, would highly recommend!

My wife and I recently visited this Relax the Back store and met with Bryan the owner. We were looking for an office chair. Bryan was a great source of information, very knowledgeable on office furniture and chairs in particular. We ended up buying the BEST chair ever made for an office, by Life Form. Bryan special ordered it for my wife, as she wanted a very particular color. He birddogged the manufacturer until it came in and he and his son delivered it. Total white glove service. He even spent time adjusting it to fit my wife perfectly. I highly recommend this store and in particular Bryan, if you are looking for a great office chair. And by the way he had me sit in a zero gravity chair, that is absolutely next on my list to purchase. If you have never tried one (I was that guy, never even of heard of one) then you have to get there and try it, you will LOVE it.

We appreciate the Stone Barn. it is clean with quality products! Bryan lets you try the variety of chairs and explains the difference between them. The Human touch chairs are very relaxing with the massage and heat. The excellent feature about the Human touch is the ability to put the body in zero position. The feet are raised above the heart level,which is great for after knee surgery. we love the Gravis chair. All Human Touch chairs are comfortable and the features are wonderful. The wellness mat is also wonderful.

My husband and I purchased two power Perfect Chairs by Human Touch from Nikole over the phone. Nikole was wonderful from start to finish. She sent us leather and wood samples and recommended the perfect size chairs for our bodies. She kept me informed about our delivery after our purchase was made. The chairs came in sooner than expected and the owner Brian and his son drove three hours to personally deliver and set up our beautiful chairs. We are 110% satisfied with our entire experience with Relax The Back in Mt Hope.

I love my massage chair. Many mornings before my day starts and many nights when my day is done it is the best way to relax and take care of my body. Bryan and his staff are amazing and are extremely helpful.

Bryan was very knowledgeable, patient, let us discuss the purchase privately, demonstrated the chair and answered our many questions. Also the delivery person Jason and helper were excellent. Very respectful of our home and very timely

I got my Cozzia Chair doctor from this store about a month ago. I absolutely love it. It was a very expensive purchase for us but it was well worth it. I am finally able to stretch better than I have in years as a result of using my chair on a daily basis now. But I mostly want to compliment Natalie, the lovely saleslady that sold me my chair. She was so kind, PATIENT ( I'm kind of high maintenance), and knowledgable. She always answered my questions. I actually spent an hour with her while she helped me find the settings on the chair that suited me best. She was not at all pushy. I don't think I would have felt confident enough in my decision if I didn't have her professional guidance in how to use the chair. She knew it was a big financial decision for me and helped me every step of the way. Thank you Natalie, and thank you Cozzia for making such a wonderful product!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Relax the Back. I was looking for an office chair after working from home in a horribly rigid and uncomfortable chair for months. Relax the Back had a great selection of chairs, with a variety of add ons available. I chose the X2 K-Sport Management Chair by X-Chair. Their customer service was great, and shipping was incredibly fast (especially before a holiday). The chair came well packaged, was easy to assemble, incredibly high quality, and comfortable! I would absolutely buy from Relax the Back for other goods in the future, and have even recommended them to others!

We first got our zero gravity recliner (The Hale), and WOW, what a difference that makes for my husband after a long day of work. Then we got a mattress recently and we are sleeping better than we ever have in our lives. Neither one of us are stiff in the morning. This mattress is a DREAM. This store is TOP NOTCH.

I've had back problems my entire life and had been looking for a furniture store just like this. The salesperson, Nikole, knew the various chairs really well and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. I love the two chairs we bought there. More importantly, my back loves them!

I am so thankful for Brian Miller introducing my wife & I to this Zero Gravity Chair..I believe it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am 68 years old and have been having problems sleeping comfortably in a bed or my recliner…now with this chair I sleep all night without hardly ever waking up all night. Yes ..I sleep in this chair every night (in fact I sold my bed didn’t need it anymore)
And also the MASSAGE.. my oh my! When I get on this thing in the evening and turn on the massage it is sooooo good on my back..in fact I don’t even have to go to my Chiropractor so often. My back can be so sore and it feels like I need a good adjustment I get on this chair turn on this massage, stretch or lumbar and it’s like getting a full complete treatment (For Free)
Next morning I get up feeling refreshed.
My wife Nancy goes on it during the day for the massage and usually falls asleep on it..
Again I have to say that this was money very well spent..I’ve always heard it to be said..you spend your life in your Shoes & in your Bed (my case Chair) so so not spare when it comes to investing in ether one.

My wife and I moved into the area and were blessed to find Relax the Back. Through conversations and guidance from Bryan and Angie Miller we were able to find exactly what we needed for our home. They were aware that I was recovering from a very bad case of COVID 19 which had left me in severe pain and discomfort. In fact, there were days that I could barely get out of bed. Due to their guidance, support, listening, and understanding we were able to find products that allowed me to regain my lifestyle. I am able to walk up to 5 miles a day without problem, after COVID I was only able to walk 2 minutes. I am thankful for the Human Touch Super NOVO Massage Chair, our Perfect Chairs, along with other items that proved to help with my mobility. I am not 100% yet, but I can tell you if I have any problems health wise, I will be visiting them for additional guidance and support. I will never be able to repay them for what they have given back to me.

I can not speak highly enough of our experience with Relax the Back. We picked up our HALE AIRCOMFORT ZERO GRAVITY RECLINER this past week. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with selection.

Wonderful customer service. Love it when the person working is very knowledgeable of the products they sell.
