Apple The Westchester

I had iPhone Pro Max 12 and needs screen and back glass replaced . I always have Apple care+ . Michael was our technical support. After he checked the iPhone he got the info of  care+ that gives us the opportunity to replace the iPhone with a refurbished iPhone the same color the same specs with paying 99$ and to be shipped to my house. The place is very easy to reach and lots of parking spaces downstairs. The room is very organized and clean. Personnel are very courteous and patient to senior persons, Rachel the lady who assist us is very thorough, patient and took her time to wait for our question. The place is a definite to be seen!

It’s never been anything other than great Serbia and awesome experience meeting someone at the Apple Genius Bar. This time, however Eric, was not able to offer a solution other then replacing the AirPods that most likely seen their life! They were a first generation set I bought 5+ years ago. The trouble shooting was thorough, and I a learned a few helpful hints just by asking a few questions. I’ll remain a solid faithful patron of Apple products. Will probably by a new Apple Airpod Pro once the budget justifies the expenditure :-)

My appointment was cancelled because I was a little late so I was bummed, but they immediately put me back in—only had to wait about 5-10 minutes before I was seen! While waiting, the whole staff was really friendly and made the environment even lighter. I came in to get my iPad checked and I went home with a new Macbook Air lol. Massive shoutout to Janelle, Melanie, and Amar (apologies if spelled incorrectly) because they really helped me decide and gave me such a good rundown of each and every device I was interested in! Thank you folks!

Quick in and out with Genius Bar reservation. Total satisfaction.

Clean and spacious, just like any other Apple stores but I felt this shop being even bigger than most of Apple store.
I bought an iPhone 13pro, as well as accessories i.e. leather case, charger and plug. Staff who helped me was professional and overall experience here was smooth and pleasant!

Each experience at this location has been stellar. Expert assistance, minimal wait, total satisfaction. I had to visit the genius bar today because my screen froze. The technician figured it out immediately (it's been too cold for my phone lately for the amount of time I like to be outside) and answered all my questions about if I needed to upgrade immediately (I don't). Excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Today I had the best experience at Apple at the Westchester. Unfortunately, my text messaging on my iPhone was erratic and I use it for work. I was already at the Westchester mall doing something else when I passed by the Apple store and asked if they could assist me. A smiling man said “no problem we can get you in within 15 minutes”… Without an appointment! And they did! The staff at the Genius Bar proceeded to work tirelessly on my phone for well over an hour beginning with a young man and ending with a young lady name Nadia. I left with complete satisfaction, not only for my phone being fixed, but for the experience I had while waiting watching an Apple keynote speaker teach, engage, and enlighten a group of young special needs adults on many fun skills of an iPad. The students were happy, smiling, and full of energy. It all stemmed from the keynote speaker who was nothing short of patient and extraordinary. Many kudos to Apple Westchester and their staff for the most rewarding experience I’ve ever had at a retail store.

The Apple store is absolutely amazing but it seems that employees (2) think they aren’t being noticed just walking around doing nothing. Better yet when they go to the stock room in the back and leave you for 15 minutes it becomes very frustrating and understand that these (2) employees can bring down the morale of the team. Please take this positive I’m not trying to bash anyone it just sucks that it takes (2) certain individuals. I did it the right way I made an appointment and it was smooth operator. So thanks for the lovely girl who helped me I only know her by she has been there for 4 years and she was very persistent and got her dream job. So Apple you have a employee that will take your company too new horizons.

Made an appointment. Greeted quickly, checked in and served before the time scheduled. The Apple staff who helped us was really good. Did not try to upsell. I'm not an Apple guy, but the rest of my family is. Have to say I get it.

Bought a 13Pro and had it activated at the store. When I got home I was having an issue with calls not going through even though I had service. Called Apple Support. They wound up giving me incorrect info that seemed to work at first but ultimately made the issue worse. Went back to store for a Genius Bar appt with Justin and he was awesome. Fixed the issue in literally two minutes. He was very engaging and clearly very knowledgeable. (Issue was that phone was activated with the built in SIM and then Apple support told me to swap sim from old phone and I wound up having two cellular plans with same phone number. No one at Apple support knew why and neither did Verizon support. But Justin did!)

Danielle, the sales specialist, provided excellent service!
We bought a new iPad Pro. Danielle helped us and also arranged technical specialist to set it up + migrate close to 200G of data from old iPad to this new one. Late the day we returned to process trade-in of the old device. Here she was again to assist us - always with smiles, enthusiasm, can-do-attitude, proficiency, and positive outcome. She exemplifies high quality customer service. Thank You!

I went to the Apple Store this afternoon to purchase a MacBook Pro. I was greeted at the door by a young gentleman who told me I would have to wait 90 minutes to see a salesperson. I was not happy to hear this. I reluctantly accepted the appointment and asked to be waitlisted for the next available salesperson. I was directed to be a waiting area, Within 5 minutes, the same gentleman who greeted me offered to show me a MacBook Pro. He explained all of the features she answered all of my questions. Within ten minutes of the time I walked in the door I was walking out with my new Laptop! Thank you Rene Tenesaca for such outstanding service. You have a customer for life!!

Everyone knows the Apple Store is the “cool hub” of the mall, often packed with people shopping and asking questions. This one is no different.
It’s recently undergone some design changes and it feels much more organized and open.
Staff is always super friendly. You’re generally greeted immediately by an employee asking if you need any help, but all the employees wear the same Apple shirt, it’s super easy to find someone if you need them.
Throughout the day they actually give lessons in the back on how to use the hardware/software/etc you might be purchasing. It’s a really cool way to learn and be able to ask questions in person.

Gary did a great job explaining the different iPads and their features. He was so patient while my daughter took 45 minutes to make up her mind what to purchase. I really appreciated the quality of customer service he provided.

Recently went to the Apple store in The Westchester to replace an IPhone battery. I had made the appointment on line which made the beginning of the process easy. Every measure was taken for the safety of employees & customers during this pandemic which is not something I can say about the mall. Every employee encountered was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The entire process flowed and was easy because of the organization of how all the employees worked together as a team for the best customer service.

In the past 2 months, we've made a few trips to the Apple store in the Westchester Mall (in NY). On one occasion, we upgraded my son's Ipad, and on the other, we addressed a tech issue with my beats headphones.
On both occasions, the staff provided helpful support and great customer service.
