There is a wide variety of many different pets cute little axolotls, chameleons, hedgehogs, scorpions, a wide range of reptiles including a bearded dragon. Iguana. Beautiful spiders, several different species of snakes.. even chinchillas.. very impressed with a wide variety of many different animals.. they also have some supplies so that you can feed and care for these animals also the staff are very nice and polite.. animals well cared for and if they clean environment.. prices are reasonable.. educated on types of animals they have where they originated from and how to care for the exotic pets😍💕 got to experiencing petting a hedgehog it was a very fun and unique experience 💕

Such a cute hole in the wall place. The staff is very friendly and always helpful with any needs! My children love going there and getting to hold/pet the animals. Will always get my reptile needs from here!

Just bought my first snake here. Place is very clean, of course it has a reptile house smell to it but it goes away instantly. The breeder is very friendly and will answer any questions and will let you hold multiple snakes. A recommended place for all reptile needs.

Came in today to get rats for my snakes as I do biweekly and have been doing for a while, so for those of you who've been to pet shops you know that they smell like PETS. With a place that sells rats, it's obviously going to smell like rats "who knew right" lol. I purchased 29 rats to feed my 29 snakes and let me tell ya, they were as lively as ever, none were "lethargic". Just figured I'd put a positive review after someone decided to post nonsense. Tim an his family are amazing and all their animals are well cared for!

Amazing selections of snakes, T’s and other critters (including fish). I primarily shop here for feeders for my reptiles (they have live and frozen). The folks running this place are great. Small family owned business - if you’re looking for something that they don’t have - they will move mountains to get it for you or direct you to where you can - even if it costs them the sale. You can trust the family running this shop - they are genuinely kind hearted folks - very good prices too. Only place I go for my feeders.

Smelled horrible inside, was hoping to get a rat as a pet but they all looked so lethargic which sucks. Bearded dragons were separated which was nice to see since they were off age to be separated. Really small and just not all that great

edit: I judged this place too soon, it was hot the day I came so explains why the rats were lethargic. The smell is understandable. I visited again and the lady who helped me was nice and actually greeted me my last visit

They have a great selection of products, feeders and animals. The young lady who was working was knowledgeable on animals and the care. I will stop back in next time I am in the area.

The owners of this store are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I took my stepson here to purchase lights for his iguana... The owner let my son hold ALL kinds of baby boas that he himself breeds! The young woman at the counter was also so amazing, and helpful! Thanks Bilby's you guys are awesome!

I was very excited when I heard there was a pet supply store in town. I was also anxious to see what type of snakes and other reptiles were behind the glass. I was impressed. Our daughter certainly approved and she already has her eye on a lizard. Overall, great, friendly, knowledgeable, customer service.

Bilby's Ballroom is the best. Tim is just straight awesome and is super friendly and always helpful. Educated on everything. They have such a wide variety that I make it my one stop shop! I have snakes, geckos, fish, dogs, cats, you name it. I always try to go here first to support a great shop and great owner. Highly recommend.

Great selection of animals, feeders and gear. Tim is well educated and knows his stuff. It's out of my way but he's the dude to go to. Been buying rats off of him at the reptile expo for a long while. Good people!!!

I just got "stuck" in this shop because it was storming, we already spent our money and had everything we needed and Savannah still dropped what she was doing to talk about animals with us! Best baby panther chameleons I've ever seen(we watched them eat for 20 mins lol)! As a breeder I didnt see one thing that was alarming..Awesome axolotls! Healthy active beardies! The smell? It smells just the way you would expect a place where thousands of rats are housed and bred to smell....my only complaint is: I would love to see more frogs on the shelves!I visit once a month and will continue to do so
