I always enjoy shopping in this quaint store- the unique gifts and the option to personalize my gift makes it extra special. The staff is always helpful and courteous. My husband and I had the joy to see our nephew and his fiancé open up their engagement gift- they absolutely loved it.

So fortunate to have a local store that has such a variety of items. As a local realtor I utilize so many unique and engravable gifts that I try to relate to my client. And then there is the "shop for me" time with great bags, jewelry and so much more. And in addition the staff is always friendly, helpful ( when I am indecisive) and John is the quickest engraver with gifts ready in a very timely manner. Can't say enough good things about Etched in Time.

What can I say about this store? It was well worth the traffic to get up there. The store is amazing has such beautiful items for gift giving. They go above & beyond to treat you like royalty. They could not do enough for you. Good thing store is not closer I would be in the poor house. I got so many beautiful gifts I needed today.Zari, Maggie & the owner I think Jessica were so kind, sweet & helpful. This store knows what great customer service is all about. Can't wait to come back up & shop & see you girls again. Anyone in the area that doesn't stop in will be nuts. Once you have been here it will become your favorite store. I would add at least one more star if I could.They are fantastic!! Pleasant to deal with on the phone and even better in person. This shop knows how to treat a customer. The sales person understood my needs for a plaque, said it could be done in an hour and called me when it was done. If you need anything custom engraved or etched this is the place to go. The store is loaded with a lot of great, unique items, reasonably priced.

This is an incredible shop! The employees are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your items. I am so happy I chose to get my customized item from them. I highly recommend checking them out in person or via their etsy shop!

Stopped into this local store the Saturday before Christmas. We have use Etched in Time for years for school and youth sports projects but this time it was for personal gifts. The shop was mobbed and the service unparalleled. Bought two beautiful gifts that will hold true sentimental value for years to come. The American flag that was created by a local artist is already up. My husband loves it. Thank you! Your store is a treasure!
