This Lowe's is always clean and tidy, though I don't usually head here for my daily needs. That said, they've got a fantastic selection of items. It's honestly one of the best Lowe's I've been to. You just feel so welcomed every time you walk in. Plus, the discounts are pretty great too. It's always a good experience shopping here.

All employees are super kind and helpful. We were asked if we needed help at least 5 times. We found everything we needed for our garden and even the perfect standing freezer. So happy!

One the best Lowes I have ever been to. I am a proud veteran and so nice to be recognized with parking catered to us as well. I love seeing the proud veteran emblems on employee vests as well. You always feel right at home. Good discounts for veterans as well.

I just like to give a shout out to Pat and Justin thank you for helping me load that 20 bags of mulch. Too very nice guys over there.

I ordered online and used the in store pick up option. I couldn't believe how easy it was! I walked up to the lockers, scanned my bar code and the locker door opened right up! I picked up my order and walked right out. Highly recommended for small item orders.

I bought my new garage door there and they had it professionally installed. What a great job they did I couldn't be more happier with the results.

Got paint brushes and some paint to do the bedroom the lady who worked in the paint department was so knowledgeable that’s makes a huge difference

Just to say... everything and anything you need, you will find at Lowe's . At this location, staff is very helpful. ( I get lost very easily in big stores ) always someone comes and asks me, "Can I help you? Everyone can see I am lost . Thank you so much 💓. I love to get ideas for my home inside the store . Staff at this location are very friendly and caring to make your shopping easy without stress ( at least for me). Everything is well organized and clean. BABABOOM LOWE'S!! 100% recommended this place at this location. Sending always positive energy to all. Be all safe and keep healthy muuuah king size ❤

I always shopped at Home Depot but I have to say this store is cleaner and has higher standards.

I have ordered many, MANY shades/window treatments from Lowe's. I love the Bali Blinds, and Levelor, top down bottom up are my favorite.

I sometimes visit the Riverhead location as I work in Riverhead and its easier on my lunch break or way home. They are not NEARLY as good as Medford. I will go out of my way to go to the Medford Location and see Tina!

I was here the other other looking for ceramic tiles. After struggling for about 30 minutes, I was desperate for help. Liza from home decor really went above and beyond to help me out. We finally located the damn things. They were at the very bottom shelve, hiding and weren't even in their box... Thanks so much Liza!

Excellent customer service, very helpful. They gave me a new lawn mower in exchange for my used broken one. No questions asked. Did not make me feel like I'm trying to pull a fast one. Customer for life now.

Lockers to pick up online purchases made this a nice experience.

This particular store always seems to have what I need in stock. From welding rod to uncommon hardware to lawncare stuff, they're well stocked (as long as you're looking for consumer grade products, and not professional grade). This store is much further from my house than Home Depot, but I will usually go here first.

Tina did an excellent job assisting me with finding the perfect blinds for my home. She was patient, understanding, and supportive. We've procrastinated for years on having blinds installed, settling for curtains instead. However, with Tina's help and patience, we were able to decide on a beautiful set of faux wood blinds to accentuate our windows.

Went into Lowes to get a key made, thought I would have to wait on line for an associate to cut the key, was dreading it. Walked into the store and there was a key cutting machine! You stick the key in that you want made, choose a key template and for $5-$6+tax in 45 seconds or cuts your key perfectly and I was outta there! If you need a key or several keys cut and you want it done fast, go to Lowes and you'll be pleasantly surprised, I was!

They are nice people working over there!
