“I have been going to Raio Dental for many years and have been very satisfied with everyone there. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, Dr. Raio is a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable dentist who takes his time to ensure his patients comfort.
All Hygientists are very good but I especially like when Ginette cleans my teeth. Shes tops!!! Five stars for Raio dental!!!!

I am a new patient at this office. I experience A LOT of anxiety when it comes to dentists. They made me feel comfortable, I was not anxious. They explained everything to me: what they were going to do before doing it. Dr. Sze (she is excellent) made a treatment plan for me and explained everything in detail and answered ALL of my questions so that I can understand what the process entails.

I would recommend this office to others. As previously stated, I have anxiety and do NOT like going to the dentist. They ALL (receptionist, dental assistants, Dr. Sze and Paula the Office Manager) made it easy and comfortable for me. I can"t wait till the process is over and I can see the NEW ME.

This office is a great place to be for dental care. The staff is very accommodating and will work with you if you require a dental plan. Paula and Dr Mackey along with the other personnel are polite, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and neat and newly upgraded...My family members all use this office and a lot of my church friends go there too..I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Unfortunately, I had insurance problems at the time. A family friend recommended this office. By the way, I also went to their other office in Garden City (?). I bounced between the two offices. It was a big wake up call to me. After having quality insurance and the same dentist for 25; years, I was naive. A plan was written up for me, after seeing the dentist (s). The office manager quoted a staggeringly high amount. I admitted poverty, and she gave me a "family and friends" reduction of 10%. Still much more than I could afford, and the various procedures seemed like overkill. My good fortune was that I was able to get decent dental from a new plan, and I returned to my dentist. Today he completed the job, and it was not the unnecessary treatment that was suggested here. I know that I didn't need all that work. The point I want to make is, this office is all about money..The staff and dentists are nice. But it seemed that they wanted to do more, and charge me for it. So beware and see as many dentists until you are comfortable in the mouth and the wallet.

Dean Raio told me that I could continue to use my Invisalign while using the Vivos DNA device he was selling me. After I paid and found out that’s not possible he pretended like he never said that. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about and he and everyone that works there is just trying to sell you stuff and they don’t actually really care about you at all they just act nice when they want to sell you a new dental device. My teeth are worse now than before treatment and now only my two back molars touch when they used to all touch. I now have wasted over seven thousand dollars and have to get jaw surgery anyway and go back to ether Invisalign or braces which they kept telling me I didn’t need and that the vivos dna device would solve all my problems when it’s really created more problems. The device sucks. I advise to seek help from an orthodontist, dentists have no business moving teeth.

Nothing but the worse service I’ve ever had with an office. First time going to an appointment someone did not put in the correct paperwork and had to get rushed through the first cleaning and come back the following day. My next appointment was made the week leading to my wedding and was cancelled the day of the appointment. Gotta say. I didn’t have a good experience with them hopefully yours will be different.

Short and sweet. Taking over two years for my wife to get full upper implant and costing almost $20,000.
Many visits due to improper sizing and impressions.

I recently posted an in depth review of my horrific experience with this establishment. I took it down because they don’t deserve the satisfaction of even following up with the review “specifics”. Short and sweet, this practice actually negatively impacted my life in a way that cannot even be put into words. I pray that the lady who DESTROYED my front tooth is no longer in practice (blonde with accent) and quite honestly, Dr. Raio should be investigated for fraud in order to boost his own profitability. 10 years ago I was told i required several root canals (before and after they destroyed my front tooth) only to get opinions by several other doctors who indicated no issues at all with the specified teeth. Nearly 10 years later and not one single tooth has bothered me nor has one single dentist pointed out even a cavity in those particular teeth.

I no longer have a front tooth and I place the ENTIRE blame on Dr. Raio’s practice. Listen, he’s awesome when administering novocaine, but that’s where it ends. Ironic the only positive review as of late is the one posted by Raio himself.

Your blonde partner ruined a big part of my life and it still continues to haunt me until this day. I’m in the dentist once a month dealing with YOUR front tooth mistake.

Their selfish desire to rob everyone blind resulted in a life long battle of pain with my front tooth. A tooth that never hurt a single day in my entire life.

P.S. Paula may be the sneakiest of all. She’s an absolute scammer and is their right hand criminal.

A disgrace. I’m sure Dr. Raio won’t lose much sleep over the fact that his dental claims and mistakes have cost me time, money, and my smile. Dr. Raio, what your dental partner did to my front tooth, specifically encouraged by Paula, is in the top THREE most horrific experiences of my life...one that’s still ongoing.

Thanks

After I already paid for x rays, office decided to drop my plan and not take me in for another appointment. Even though they sent a letter stating I was effective for another two months. Unable to accommodate. No good patient experience here.
