Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus SE - Groveport, an IHG Hotel

We were greeted by Love at check-in. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. I liked how the desk could be pulled out from the table/counter and there was even a small table that could be used for eating, working etc that could slide under the foot of the couch. Breakfast was very delicious with a lot to choose from. Huma and Ms Barbara were nice and helpful.

The rooms are great! The staff is kind, courteous, and quick especially Lov who was the one who checked me in. The hotel always looks clean and well maintained. So in my honest opinion if your looking for a hotel in the area I would try here first.

This is a great Hotel. I stayed a week and it was quiet, updated, very clean and in a safe and quiet area. The staff up front were very polite and professional. The breakfast food was amazing, the dining area was well stocked and clean. Clean clean clean! Fantastic stay!

A nice hotel in a convenient location! Good breakfast options, nice rooms, quiet atmosphere, and friendly service. Eva welcomed me, got me checked in, and made sure I knew everything to make my stay comfortable!

I travel a lot for work and rarely have seen staff be so friendly and helpful. Michelle was super attentive and sweet, helping me with even the weirdest request. Even the lady that had just stepped in to start her shift asked if I was helped yet. She hadn’t even put her bag down yet. I’m so impressed! Keep it up. Will return here just for the people.

I travel a lot so I notice and appreciate the breakfast offerings of hotels. The breakfast here is one of the best I have seen for this category of hotel.A satisfying offering of dry and cooked hot dishes freshly prepared.Juice and milk are very cold. Breakfast is excellent.

Front desk staff were very helpful and polite, esp staff person Rukhsana. Location was about 20 south of Columbus - but great for those passing through.

I want to give five star rating to this Hotel!! I want to start of and just say down load the app and book directly. I want to thank “Uma” for being understanding and excellent customer satisfaction!
Also, I have stayed at many hotels and this hotel staff are kind and helpful! Shoutout to one of the mangers “Shay”.

Best hotel experience all year. The people were kind, the place was clean and breakfast was perfect. No stress, very enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond.

BRANDEN!! I’m from Florida & it’s hard to get good customer service in this town as it is. But… Branden on evening shift is so accommodating. Treated me like a brother & doesn’t even know me from a can of paint. Thumbs up for Branden.

My son and I had a great stay here. My main reason for choosing this hotel was because of the reviews, and I’m happy I did. We checked in on a Wednesday night, was supposed to leave Sunday morning but our flight got canceled. So we stayed an extra night and left at checkout on Monday. The rooms were great, my only complaint would be the carpet. They seemed icky to me, a deep clean would suffice…other than that it was a great room, beds were comfortable, refrigerator and microwave in the rooms were convenient! My son totally utilized the pool! And my favorite part about the hotel was the location! Everything you need is around the corner! We had Raising Canes for the first time and it was amazing! Lol
Breakfast at the hotel was also good! They had a great variety.
I want to give a big thanks to the staff as well. From the moment of checkin, checkout, and everything inbetween the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here twice and both times they were nice, respectful, very informative and no issues with the rooms.

This was an amazing experience, Brandon checked us in last night, he needs to be cloned! Barbara in the kitchen is wonderful, Shy also is fantastic. Rooms were immaculate. EVERYBODY who works here is just so accommodating!, would definitely recommend!!!

This was my first time ever staying at this Hotel. I must say I enjoyed my stay. The rooms and hospitality is great. I had a pleasure of getting help from Branden who works at the front desk. He helped me out a lot and when needed extras for the room. He gets it for you no problem. Will stay again. Thank you!!!

Special call out to Nyzha and Shy for always helping me with invoices and reservations. My team loves staying at the hotel and the way they are treated. 5star customer service for sure.

While there are definite things that need to be repaired in this hotel, the staff is incredible. This is an older hotel, and while I could take a few stars off for the elevator not working or the back door - I refuse because the staff deserves every bit of these stars. They were attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. They spoke to you when you came in and while eating breakfast. The woman who oversees breakfast made additional omelets for guests even though they came down late. I can't say enough about a staff that genuinely tries to make the experience fantastic, despite the issues in the building. Our room was clean, and the overall hotel was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the staff alone!

The breakfast was amazing! Delicious, and the staff were very attentive and active making sure everything was stocked up and clean and the correct temperature. Miss Barbara was very sweet :)

I had a very nice stay here, my room in the 300’s was freshly renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast counter in the morning was one of the best i’ve ever had. Ms. Barbara and Hma were so kind while keeping it stocked and answering any questions.

This was one of my best experience staying in this Hotel. The check in was easy and smooth, the person behind the counter was courteous and professional. The rooms were very clean with the nice clean bed sheets and soft pillows. The next morning we had breakfast which was delicious. Will definitely stay here again when I pass through Ohio.
