Lisa is great. She answers promptly and I have been very happy with the customer service, quality and transition. She is kind and communicative. I have had zero issues with this shop and it is always my first go to.

Outstanding customer service!!

It's sad but I have to say it, I used to buy since the name was The Scent Shack. I usually have 5 or 6 fragrances I always bought from there, everybody's fave OHM. Well after some years I started working again, I still have a bit of the old fragance and it was splendid. I had to buy, and bought OHM total disapointment, the smell of chemicals is so strong it graves me a headache, same with cherry almond, decide to try blueberry and shouldn't. I do can say that, the Peach and Apricot is good!! Sad that I have to pay $85 to discover the 2 onz fragrance was the only one good. Btw, all the bottles were plastic difference size, one without stickers. Actually when I entered the page I saw only few inventory, now I think What is the reason. Shipping at least was fast.

I was a customer when Lori and John owned this company ages ago. Since they sold it ... I tried to support it and the new owner. As of 2023, I am done. I understand businesses such as this are in trouble, but don't overcharge and screw people who order from you and trying to help. One of the most horrible on-line experiences I have ever had trying to order a simple product according to their own rates. Be careful. Store all correspondences. LMAOF to "free shipping." Be careful. To add insult to injury, when I finally got "a" product, it was completely the wrong scent.

Unhelpful, very rude and harrassing.
Kept texting & calling me threatening me because she said I yelled at her for not knowing how much fragrance to use. I never yelled & she kept trying to fight w me until I had to contact the police after repeated threats. Unbelievable.

They can be condescending. Shop anywhere else!
