He inspected the van and we went on a short test drive. A little more inspecting and videotaping of the engine… then back to the office, where Scott plugged in the specs, communicated with "corporate, and then presented a no-pressure offer. After we agreed on the sale and 15 minutes of paperwork later, I was out the door. The whole process took about an hour. I really didn't expect to sell, but I will actually consider using their service again, should the situation arise.
