Upon entry, greeted with smiles. Tara (not sure of spelling) was very patient with my son and made him feel comfortable. Will continue to bring him as well as the rest of the family
Place was very clean. no issues. Doctor was very kind as well.

Love coming to this place. Staff are very nice and professional. They get you in and out. The hygiene are wonderful at what they do and make you feel comfortable

Every time I visit, either cleaning, x ray , the place is so clean, the staff with no question first with no second

For someone like me who used to struggle with severe fear of dentists, this office was truly life changing, and I am not even exaggerating. My first appointment with wonderful Dr.Hashimi was over a year ago, I explained my anxiety when it came to dental work. She was super patient and understanding, she took her time and worked with me in stages making sure I was comfortable. I’ve since gone many times to see Dr. Hashimi and another dentist, and every time left with the same feeling: happy to be there and happy with the results. The whole office is spotless clean and the staff is incredibly nice. Tiffany upfront is such a huge asset to the office, not only she is professional, but also so welcoming and warm. Same goes to Melanie, so friendly and nice. Every single employee i’ve ever encountered put a smile on my face. I no longer dread going to a dentist and it’s a huge testament to all the lovely people of Dental365 in Medford. Thank you for your hard work!

I was really in a lot of pain and they were able to get me in as an emergency visit., before my Monday appt. Feeling so much better. The staff is very helpful sympathetic to your pain!

I had a wonderful experience. I usually go to the West Islip office, which I love, but Medford is much closer to home. They were able to help me change my appointment and get the same day and appointment time because there was a cancellation. Patricia was so lovely over the phone; she made me feel like her number one priority. My visit was quick and painless; I only had to wait for 5 minutes, and that’s because I was early. I would recommend this office; everyone was so easygoing and pleasant to be around

I called for a dental emergency and they were able to get me in same day. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The office was extremely clean as well. It is the first time I did not cry in a dentist office. Highly recommend.

I recently needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled really, really bad. Now my insurance doesn't cover Dental 365 and trying to do a walk in for my regular dentist is a process. This office took me in late in the day this past Monday. I wish my insurance covered this place because from the wonderful receptionists to the Dentist himself, was nothing short of perfection. They went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I was in a lot of pain. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I came here a few months ago for a dental emergency and they took me in right away and solved my problem. Had a dental cleaning today and all went well. The office is immaculate and the staff are all Very friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family!

I switched over to Dental365 after I couldn’t get an appointment within a 5 month span at my previous dentist. While booking over the phone, I was pleasantly surprised by their availability and friendliness. My visit was quick and everyone in the office was so kind. I absolutely recommend!

The staff went above and beyond for me. The staff helped me out so much and even helped me get a credit card to pay for the bill. They are incredibly kind and honest.
