The price was fair and the shirts are beautiful. Everyone loved them. I received a email telling me that the shirts were ready. I did not check my email until the store was closed the next day until Monday so I drove to the store praying that I could get in touch with someone so I could have the shirts for that Saturday. When I got there the store was still open. The owner said that they would not close until I got there. I was so thankful that they waited for me. I hope to be able to use them again.

JC Apparel is a MUST USE service. Carlos and his team provide such an amazing quality experience when you come to hthe shop. I dropped off 45 hats for a logo embroidary and I am so happy with how they all came out. I felt apart of the team and even more so, felt like apart of the family! Thank you Carlos and thank you all for this amazing production! 5/5 would always recommend their service. I will be back!

100000% recommend!! I went to Carlos with two jerseys that were autographed by my favorite artist. I wanted the signature embroidered on both jerseys and Carlos and his team went above and beyond for me! The service was quick and efficient considering being right next to the holidays, I received my order in just a few days! The stitching is wonderful and they even threw in a complementary hat for me for the holidays! How sweet?!? I was speechless. The material of the hat is durable and warm, the quality of their work does not go unnoticed.

I am a hotel manager at a Marriott property on Long Island and I am pleased with the product and service from JC Apparel! I was previously ordering uniforms for the team through another vendor, but I began to question the prices and quality I was receiving.
