They have a huge truck selection ready to go 99% of the time. Most other uhaul places only have a few trucks and u have to settle for something bigger or smaller than u want. Very convenient.

I have rented from U-Haul at many different places on the east coast - and this by far has been my best experience. Very accommodating and flexible - which is difficult to find in the rental business. Rented 5 uboxes and completed the pack out side. Now hoping the transport and delivery go as smoothly! Will follow up in a few weeks!

No issues whatsoever with my reservation (unlike I've had at other Uhaul dealers in the area). I was worried about being late for my motorcycle trailer pick up but they held it without hesitation. Entire staff from pickup to drop off was absolutely top notch! Kudos to Medford Uhaul and especially the staff! I will be a lifelong customer
