I want to thank LaViano's team for doing a truly wonderful job repairing my wedding ring. They were so pleasant to chat with and expertly addressed the issues with my ring and it honestly looks and feels better than it did brand new. I give LaViano Jewelers 5 stars! The store is very spacious and they have a large selection of jewelry. I worked with Jeff and Katherine on a custom design piece and they exceeded my expectations! Rob helped me with repair work, updated appraisals and cleaned and polished my jewelry. I am so glad I stopped in and so pleased, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I just had my engagement ring resized here and I could not recommend them enough. They did a beautiful job and my ring fits perfectly now! They also made sure to make the extra effort to educate me on how to recognize my diamond under the microscope which I didn't even think about never having owned such a nice piece of jewelry before. It also helped alleviate any concerns I had about leaving my ring in someone elses hands. I would absolutely come back here for any future repairs or maintenance I need. When I dropped it off, they were helping another customer so I did get to take a lap around the store and they have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from which all looked beautiful. I'd definitely consider coming here for any future special purchases.

I was well aware of LaViano's reputation for quality and trustworthiness, having lived near their Westwood store for many years. Now I'm fortunate to live in Warwick and super pleased that LaViano has opened here. Kathy and Rob are an absolute pleasure to deal with beginning with excellent communication in person, by phone, and text. I am very happy with my purchase; Rob put in the time to help us design something completely one of a kind and special. He showed tremendous patience and was very willing to take the time and effort to get everything just right. Of course price matters too and one might think when walking into the store that you are in for some sticker shock because it is gorgeous and high quality however trust me, they are very price competitive. Above all I am happy to do business with a local merchant instead of the sheisters in the jewelry malls or in New York City

Had the pleasure of visiting this new little gem in Warwick. Dropped off a couple of watches to them for batteries and they even cleaned and polished them. They were very professional and attentive. Definitely worth a look see if your in the neighborhood.

I went to LaVianos to have a custom made ring from a ring that was very sentimental to me the staff was great and I totally trusted them with my precious ring. The ring they made for me is absolutely gorgeous I was so happy with it I would recommend LaVianos to anyone looking for a special gift.
