Very friendly staff. I bought a ring for my wife, came back a year later and they absolutely remembered me, the ring, etc. Very helpful in making sure I was able to get the exact ring I wanted for my wife. During better times we relied on small business to support the community, now it's time for the community to support small business.

Moshe and staff provide excellent customer service and attention to detail! My fiance and I both picked out our wedding bands and are so incredibly happy! We will be coming back for more!

My wedding band had lost a couple diamonds. Other stores told me that because my ring is all baguettes, that there was no way it could be fixed. I thought my ring was a lost cause. Forever Jewelers told me that they could fix it with no problem. A week later, my diamonds were replaced, and it was returned to me in absolutely beautiful condition, and at a great cost as well.

I needed my wedding band of 26yrs. taken off so that I could work at my new job. Moshe, I hope that I am spelling your name correctly, you were very kind about the situation which made me feel good.
