The store was bright and well organized. I found what I was looking for quickly, even though I have never been to this location. The store was well stocked. The staff was very pleasant.

Great service and a wide variety of quality products. This is one of our favourite stores, they have items for the baby and good prices. The seasonal section is well stocked and nicely presented. They have free wifi and ample parking. Customer service is quick and the have self-checkout stations, quite convenient.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Chantelle at the Service Desk! I just arrived home, and realized I forgot a bag - Chantelle knew exactly the bag as soon as I mentioned what was in it and she worked with me to return the goods as I am not able to get back to pick the bag up. Unfortunately I really wanted what was in the bag, but this is the next best thing. Chantelle - thank you for being so kind, so efficient and so gracious with me! I really appreciate you!!!!

Crystal at self checkout was incredibly friendly/helpful. Brought a smile to our faces. Thank you

A great big THANK YOU to Jeff and the customer service staff for going the extra mile to get my lost keys back to me! All the staff were very helpful when we were shopping too!

I love this place uts very clean, well stocked and the customer service is great. I went lookung for a specific item for my bedroom and I askes one associate and she sid her best to help me find it. When she could not find it she asked another associate to assist her! Mind you she was in the process of stocking shelves and she took the time to stop and give me great customer service! It is so hard to find that nowadays! You definitely can't hardly find that at Walmart at all people point you in the direction and leave you hanging love this place very clean orderly and you can definitely find almost anything you need from food to baby clothing!!

Thank you Dan for saving valentine's day for me. My spouse was very grateful.

Got lucky with prime restock Aisle G27 and Aisle G40

I went to Starbucks and I apologize for not knowing the young woman’s name but she was a biracial woman that had curly dark brown hair. She was so nice and so sweet. Got the best service ever.

Picking up more order was easy and fast. The employee who helped me also helped me with the Target app. Kudos to her.

I always find everything I need at Target. This store never disappoints.

This is the target that took in 25 travelers in a brutal storm on Christmas Eve when the grocery store in the same parking lot would not!! Bravo to these employees and if I lived in Buffalo I’d shop here all the time. This is a well run Target store. These travelers could have frozen to death that evening! Bravo!

Megan was busy packing out products on the shelf and she stopped to provide directions as well as really good advice. When I went back to her, she offered to call another Target and reserve the product I needed. This was a lengthy process as she had to wait for the other store to answer. You made my day, Megan! Blessings!

Placed order via Target app. After 4 1/2 hrs of order not being fulfilled, no answer at store despite multiple attempts to check on status. When I finally got a staff member on the phone, I was told that the store was busy and there was no estimated time for completion of my app order. I was advised to cancel the order and my husband could come to the store and shop the order himself. He was already in route to the store due to not receiving an answer when I called. Upon talking to the supervisor, I was told that my order was, in fact, fulfilled and waiting at the desk. Now that my order was cancelled (per advice of the otger employee, I was advised that my husband needed to return home to get my Red Card or he could pay with his debit card and Target was willing to give the Red Card discount. Upon my husbands arrival, multiple items from the order (that were in stock) had not been put in the order. He had to go through and find the missing items. Upon looking at the receipt, the Red Card discount was not applied as I was advised that it would be.

Update: Changed rating to 5 stars. Spoke to another manager, Matt, who was extremely apologetic regarding the errors and requested that I bring in my receipt so that he could make it right. Upon returning to the store, he and the previous manager, worked together and gave A+ customer service. I truly appreciate it!

Saw on TikTok that this Target was sheltering people from the blizzard. They said they have been taking care of them very well and keeping them all safe, warm and fed. Been providing them with air mattresses, entertainment and even been taking in people who showed up at their door that were stuck and unable to get home. The employees definitely deserve a bonus!

never actually been here, but they are currently sheltering people from the conditions. have given them blow up mattresses, heaters, can eat any food they need, and one employee even used the starbucks oven to make a meal for all 25-35 people. not all of them are customers either, some have showed up there after being stuck on the roads. can’t comment on anything about the physical store, obviously, but the employees stuck there now deserve a bonus and recognition from target for everything they’re doing for these people.
