Elaine, Lori, and Phillip are the people that you want to deal with when getting insurance. They go above and beyond to provide you with the best possible service. I'm typically not one for giving reviews and I'm not a fan of social media but I make the exception for Elaine and company because of the exceptional effort they expend which makes you realize that they're truly looking out for you! A rare thing in business these days!

When our home and auto insurance took quite a hike, we decided to call Acclaim Insurance to see if they could do any better. It was a great decision. We left Acclaim Insurance with a reduced rate, better coverage and good advice. Five stars for Acclaim Insurance, Main Street, Windsor, NY!!!

Elaine is an amazing Insurance agent, nearly everyone in my family has switched from previous agents or from not using one to going through her because she is so successful at saving us money! She makes it a point to thoroughly check all opportunities and combinations to ensure you have the best deal possible, and always does so come renewal time for you in case something has changed!! In addition to the great service, the office is very accommodating, flexible and professional. I highly recommend Acclaim to anyone and everyone regardless of if they are with an agent or not, I doubt you will find better rates elsewhere.

We called Elaine to get a quote on our auto, homeowners and umbrella policy. She was incredibly responsible and professional. Very detailed oriented and she clearly has a passion for insurance. She's super knowledgeable and isn't afraid to really dig in and do the detailed work that's necessary to provide an accurate quote.
