We helped our teen daughter buy her first car last night. These 2 people were wonderful. They helped us find exactly what we needed and wanted. They gave our daughter a very positive first car buying experience.

I originally bought my jeep used at Vision Kia. They’re absolutely horrible. I went down to Vision Jeep Chrysler in the town of Penfield and they’ve been nothing but hands-down so much help fixing the problems and taking care of the issues that needed to be taken care of that Vision Kia couldn’t Minus the problems over there. We take our Pacifica here since it's right down the road and it's convenient and we haven't had any of the usual dealership shop bs we've experienced in the past. Actually pretty surprised. Never had any issues so if you need to take your car to a dealership, this one is solid.

The vision team was able to get us into a new Jeep. They had one available, even with the chip shortage, and they made it affordable. At no point did I feel like we needed to walk away due to overprice or misleading information. I have felt this way at other dealerships, but I felt like we could trust Vision.

Went there to get emblem replaced.. a recall.. they were very nice and we waited there for them to fix it. Nice, clean, waiting room with comfortable chairs. Coffee, snacks. Real. accommodating.

Their service was excellent. We ordered 2 sets of Jeep mudflaps. Reasonably priced and ready for us on the day we wanted to pick them up 😊
