I needed to get a part for my car and wasn’t really sure what I was doing nor what I was looking for. The Manager Chris took excellent care of me and made sure I got the correct part. He was very knowledgeable and I will definitely come back due to the wonderful experience I had! Thank you!

Very friendly staff. I was in there for the first time yesterday Friday the 26th. I needed to order a new rim for a spare I am getting for my van and they were extremely helpful. Not only that but they gave me a discount on the order that saved me 25.00. Hows that for a nice day. The Napa Im referring to is the one on Walden across from Delta Sonic. Its right next to the other gas station across from delta sonic. If you ever need something, ask for Matt. Even though they're all nice...he's the one who helped me. Very clean inside. I will be shopping there again.

Whenever I need batteries for man lift on the road with my job, Eddie, at the Walden Ave Cheektowaga store, is always a huge help ! He has the batties up front at the counter waiting for me so I can sign, load up and be on my way in an expedient way, thus saving me a lot of time !

Napa is the best always call them when the other parts stores don't have the part before the dealer
