S&E jewelers has been my go-2-jewelry story since the 90's. The people are so nice & pleasant, not 2 mention the beautiful jewelry, watches,etc that they have. Alot of sales all the time & they even show their appreciation 2 their customers by giving back in Dec by giving a Xmas party for all. And with having that it's even more giving by having an even bigger sale on their beautiful jewelry. They make u feel like family, not just a one time thing but all the time. God bless Jim, Barbara, & all of the staff & the retired ones who always come back 4 the big Bash at Xmas time. There's no other jewelry store better than S&E .LOVE U ALL ❤ ❤ 🥰

Friendly, Professional, & Knowledgeable staff that treats the customer very well! Nice selection of quality items at reasonable prices. There is a reason why they’ve been in business for so long! Don’t hesitate to see them if you need repairs, adjustments, or other modifications to your jewelry.

S&E Jewelers was recommended to me and I’m so glad I went. I had my wedding ring and engagement ring resized and sottered together. The staff did a great job! They are very helpful and friendly. The price was good too! I would recommend this store to everyone.

I came in to get a wedding band to match my engagement ring. I thought I picked out the perfect band but when it was ready to pick up the band did not seem to contour to my engagement ring the way I thought it would. I left both of my rings with Jim and within 2 days he was able to fix the contour and match the two rings together perfectly. I don’t know what I would have done without him! I will definitely be coming back to S&E jewelers for any future jewelry I need!

We walked in looking for wedding bands with not much of an idea. A sales representative helped us narrow down our options and let us try on anything we saw of interest. We ended up choosing our wedding bands right then and there. It was a very pleasant and stress free experience.

Excellent service. I stopped in needing a watch battery and they were able to replace it while I waited. Even after chatting with the sales woman for a few minutes, it only took about 10 minutes and the cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have enjoyed working with Grege at S&E Jewelers. He has always been helpful and an expert in his craft. We purchased some rings that he custom designed for me, and they are gorgeous!

I had another wonderful experience at S&E Jewelers. I brought in my original wedding band that needed resizing & when I picked it back up, it was a perfect fit. I brought in a pair beautiful pair of earrings from S & E that needed a different style backing. They came out better than expected! I also ordered a gorgeous Citizens men’s watch for a Christmas present. It came in quickly & at an excellent price. I brought in watches that needed batteries & jewelry to be cleaned. The entire staff was so helpful, friendly, efficient in helping me. We will always be grateful for the continued excellent service that we are given here!

S&E Jewelers has been our only source for fine jewelry for many years. It’s heartwarming to see a WNY legacy business doing better than the rest.

I brought in a necklace that belonged to my daughter that had passed. We were having 5 inches added to the length so that my son could wear it. Greg took the time to find a perfect match to the rope. He spent so much care and effort into making it an heirloom can be passed on from generation to generation. I cannot thank him enough.

Needed a jeweler to look at a necklace to fix what I thought was a clasp. However upon entering and speaking with the staff (Grege)I was educated on what the actual part needing to be fixed was called. From the time Grege greeted me I immediately felt welcome and like I had been a customer for years. He as well as the other staff and the owner who was just as personable were top notch. My experience was a great one. Not only was I educated in jewelry I was made to feel like I was already a return customer. Which if it's not obvious by this review I will 100% be. I encourage and recommend anyone looking for jewelry or a jeweler to S&E Jewelers. You WON'T be disappointed.

Fixed a broken ring for me, the customer service was fast and courteous. The ring looks fanastic, like it was never broken.
