Stopped by the showroom yesterday looking for information regarding a gold bullion purchase I had made. The owner Don was very quick to help even though he seemed to be busy. Don took his time with me, answered my questions and spoke to me in lamens terms as I was clearly a novice. I truly felt that Don was trustworthy and was being straight forward with me. Honestly my favorite jeweler around wny I have been buying lots of jewelry since I was about 15. I’ve bought necklaces diamond earrings rings for myself and countless other items from this place. They are really reasonable people to deal with and Don the owner is a really nice personable guy. He made me a great deal on a nice wedding ring when I got married a little over a year ago. Also I had a few pieces of jewelry I brought there a few months ago that I wanted to get fixed, I didn’t even buy them from him and was ready to pay to get them fixed but he didn’t even charge me to fix them. I will definitely be going there for my jewelry in the future.

Wonderful jewelry shop with a bunch of wonderful employees. They try their hardest to please every customer who comes in looking to buy jewelry. The showroom is one of the largest I've seen in buffalo. Prices are competitive! Highly recommend!

I stopped in on 06-01-19 to see if they could fix my medical bracelet. There were several people ahead of me. After a brief wait, a tall gentleman (unfortunately I didn't get his name) came over to help me. I showed him my medical bracelet. He looked at it, figured out how to fix and took care of it. He had another gentleman double check it. He didn't even charge me and put it on my wrist for me. All of this took place in about 3-5 minutes. I thought it was going to take longer.

The city of good neighbors rang true today at Airport Plaza Jewelers in Cheektowaga. Brian and his colleagues took care of my mom today. They were very friendly and helpful. Brian also recommended Bill at Hands On watch and clock repair at the Broadway Market. We clicked with all of them and had a great experience.
