Lancaster Small Animal Hospital

Lancaster Small Animal Hospital was referred to me by my daughter, whose 3 cats have been 'LSAH' clients for some time. I am very satisfied with the care Dr Fetzner provided for my cat, Lila Sue, on our first visit on 6/15/24. All my questions were satisfactorily answered. The entire staff is very professional and courteous. Dr Fetzner is now the primary care veterinarian for Lila Sue.

Been going there for 7 years and have had only good experiences. Great staff and caring vets. We have a very sick dog so we are there often and everyone is so nice to us and our Koda. Since it’s a smaller vet practice, it is nice that you are able to talk to the actual vet on the phone when you get results and the vet takes the time to answer your questions and truly care about your pets. We recently moved from Lancaster but we still drive back because we love Dr.Fetzner and all the vets and staff at Lancaster Small Animal Hospital.

Rocco has been going to Lancaster Small Animal Hospital since he was 6 weeks old! He is now 12! They have always taken such great care of him. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have your pet's best interest in mind!

First time taking my kitten and it was the best experience! Staff is amazing and super friendly. Office is spotless and comfy, like walking into your living room. Exam rooms are spacious and super clean. Excellent office!!!

We find the staff and veterinarians to be very friendly, and caring. They always provide our pet with the utmost personal attention and show they truly care about his health. They answer all of our questions truthfully and we feel he could not be in better hands. We highly recommend this animal hospital!

Awesome staff. I have a nervous reactive dog and they handled her annual visit beautifully. Positive experience every time!

If I could give them one hundred stars I would. My dog was sick, and when they couldn’t get her in immediately they gave me a good emergency vet. Then, when I did take her in and we found out her bladder was full of stones, they acted so quickly to get her scheduled for surgery. They kept me so informed every step of the way, and were so kind and comforting. While I live in Buffalo this will be my vet for as long as I am here.

Very informal, thorough and welcoming staff. You can tell they really care about your pets. Nothing but positive experiences with all of the staff there whether at a visit or just picking up food.

I can't say enough good things about this business. I have two small guinea pigs one of them was not feeling good I called nine veterinarians they were going to make me wait 3 weeks before I could get in to see them. I did some research and looked at all the reviews this veterinarian hospital came in high very high regards. They got me in 2 hours after I called. They did not charge me extra and were super gentle super sweet. I could tell that these people from the receptionist to the veterinarian all have love for animals serious love. I will never take my animals to any place other than here. When Emmett past away they send a beautiful personally wrote sympathy card.

Excellent staff from the front desk to the assistant and Dr. I thought my dog would be nervous and anxious because she is a rescue but they treated her with such care and they loved her.I highly recommend Lancaster Small Animal.

Lancaster Small Animal Hospital is a great place that I take my pit bull too every one in there is very polite kind and caring no one is rude or disrespectful or has attitudes sweetest caring people,everything is done in a timely manner and no rushing if your finances are tight the wonderful woman doctor will put what’s most important for your pet visit that fits for you and if there’s remaining things she will tell you how long you can wait. my dog is a very big baby and has anxiety and they treat him so well and do everything possible to make him comfortable. I recommend this vet more than 5 stars.

We have taken over 10 cats into LSAH to neuter and rehabilitate. Every time we have felt comfortable leaving our pets in their hands!

Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fetzner is a great veterinarian who has great skills and is very passionate towards your pet.

I brought Simon and Oliver in for their bi-annual physicals and bloodwork and they saw Dr Fetzner. We all had a great experience during their visit. Great staff at LSAH!

I have to give the staff, especially Dr. Fetzner, credit where it's due. Today was my very reactive dog's second annual visit to them, and they are very accommodating and understanding. It helps to make a very stressful obligation more bearable!

As soon as you step into the building your welcomed with a hello how are you how can I help you. They also treat your pet as if it's theirs. We've been coming here for year good moments n sad, but they treat you with caring vibes. Thank you LSAH. We appreciate you guys.

Thank you for your kind compassionate care of my friend over the past 16 years. Your kitten program made sure he grew up healthy and happy. Then you where there for all his check ups and anytime he had a health issue that needed attention. In his final moments on Monday Nov 5 2022, your doctor and staff showed our family the kind compassion we all needed as he took his trip over the rainbow bridge. Thank you so very much.
