Great place to shop for jewelry, but the costumer service was even better. I’m not a fan of being approached right away when entering a store and I appreciated Sage’s approach. Rare to find that quality in an employee. Customer service is key to a successful business and Sage displayed just that. What started out as a great experience ended in almost a terrible one. I’ve been here for 2 hrs without the ring I purchased through Acima. We had to call them 4 times because they kept screwing up and ended up telling me I had to cancel the lease and try another time. I already spent the $76 initial payment and didn’t have another $76 to spend to start the lease all over again. As I was crying and about to leave with no ring no nothing, Abbi told me do the Acima lease again. I told him I trust you I just don’t trust Acima!!! They already took my money I signed their stupid contract 4 times and nothing. He said try again I’ll cash app you $80. He did as was promised and dropped my ring price down even more on top of that! WITH the warranty too! This customer service is absolutely exceptional, they will go above and beyond for you. Abbi , Sage and Olivia, all did so much for me today!!! Come to Mandati Jewelers!!! They won’t disappoint :)

I had the pleasure of catching Sage with a general inquiry about engagement rings. I’m planning to propose to my girlfriend in Niagara Falls so I looked up jewelers in the Buffalo area. Not only did Sage answer all my questions, she made recommendations of where to go to celebrate post proposal. I didn’t want to travel with the ring which is why I was looking up jewelers. She asked if I knew the style of ring my girlfriend had in mind and then offered to help size it if it didn’t fit. I recently went to this jewelry venue to get my girlfriend a ring for proposing. The staff here has been outstanding and helped explain the difference between lab and regular diamonds. It was even amazing that one staff member remembered several hours later in the day what ring my girlfriend liked best.

In addition, I went and had a watch resized, which they didn't even make me pay for the service. I insisted, but they said they wouldn't accept the money.

Overall, I found their prices quite reasonable compared to other jewelers. Excellent service overall.
