My family members and I have been patients here for over 20 years. Every staff member and provider we have encountered has been knowledgeable and respectful. Even my extended family comes from an hour away now. We also like that they have a lot of the specialists that you need in their network. We have seen the GI, ENT and podiatry. Easier than trying to find someone yourself.
And we love the new building for ease of location and very little waiting for an exam room. Highly recommend.

No complaints so far. Crystal baker is my pcp & she’s super sweet and helpful. The staff make it really easy to get refills and schedule/reschedule appointments

I am saddened to learn that they have discharged me from seeking medical care here Im 75 years old moved back here 6 years ago from Saratoga . Ever since joining their care it has been one nightmare after another . They keep sending me bills that I already paid and in some instances couldn't find checks that I paid them with . In all my years I never had any problems with healthcare providers until I teamed up with them . One positive thing about my discharge , they will now have one last patient that they can overcharge and abuse .Patrice McMahon makes me laugh . She posted a review and gave herself and the staff of clowns that work for her at primary care . She is V.P of all of the billing . Its no wonder they are the incompetent organization they are .Please patients check all your bills over and over . These clowns love to double bill you ….And when you inquire about it they do the soft shoe .

Most unprofessional and uneducated doctor I have dealt with. I have never left a doctor's office in tears before. There was a very negative attitude because I didn't have insurance. Made me feel like my problems weren't a big deal and my worsening depression was a joke to her. Then the cherry on top. She just waltzed in while I was naked changing into a gown. No knock or warning. Didn't say even say sorry although there are nurses walking about which is absolutely embarrassing. So thank you Dr. Priddle for the "warm and welcoming" visit. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Find somewhere else to go... This place doesn't even have a sign... So after 15 minutes of wandering around looking for a door without a sign...they make you sit in the examination room for 45 minutes... At which point the nurse comes in and humiliates you like a piece of meat...then refuses to see you again cause she doesn't approve of the way you reacted to her humiliation. If you wanted to be treated like a useless piece of trash...this is the place to go.. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect... FIND SOME WHERE ELSE>> I would have given them -5 stars if I could

Find somewhere else. The most unprofessional, inept staff and doctors I have ever encountered.
