They are ok

Insured vehicle blew a motor so I no longer needed insurance. Company was notified of what had happened, but still tried to withdraw monies from bank account. They continued to try until they got their money while sending my account into overdraft status. Will pursue legal path to correct this.

This is the worst company to do business with. I have been trying to file a bond claim since early morning today. There is no people to speak to.
The receptionist refuses to communicate me with the Management, CEO, President, etc. All you can do is leave messages and Pray for good luck to receive a call back.

Seems to be a GHOST company with no people working .
I am going to report them to the FMSCA.

I hope I never have to deal with them again

I have been waiting since April 4, 2017 for a return phone call or email regarding an accident I was in with a company who has them. Do not recommend ever doing business with them. They should not be in business.

Horrible Customer Service, Was hung up on multiple times regarding getting information for a policy and when I tried to get the name of the lady kept hanging up on me, she refused and hung up again. She also refused to let me speak to a manager above her (she stated she was a manager, and if that is true she needs to be fired). Completely disgusting behavior.

American alternative insurance corporation, defends workplace violence, and harassment claims. Despicable , and shameful . Every employee has the right to come to work without having to deal with a hostile work environment

They are a horrible company. I sent in a ck, what company doesn't take a credit card? They denied receiving it. I had to send in another check. When I cancelled later that year they kept approx $30 of mine, they do not do what every other legitimate insurance company does and pro rate it . They pay you at most 90% of what you are owed. I can't imagine if you had a claim they would pay it as what other company does NOT pro rate and only pays you back at most 90% of what you are owed? there was no negative star so i had to give it one star or it wouldn't let me review it.

In San Diego, CA they raise their premiums to an elderly mobile home park by 800%
due to risk of Fire.. Heartless and Disgusting, CBS 8 called them and dropped off the Call, I guess they left the beans in the stove.

This company is the worst ive been with they raise your policy without any anticipation, the customer service sounds like they enjoy raising it 300 a month more than i was paying!

We have been trying to get the loss report for over one week. Impossible to talk with a person. It seems that it is an empty company with no workers. We have reported to state of Nevada department of insurance.

Trying to get information about a claim our office opened has been a nightmare. They have a horrendous phone tree that is so unfriendly and it's very difficult to get someone on the phone.

Not the folks I'd choose to do business with (We are attempting to file a claim against one of their policy holders)) , they do have a robust telephone answering system geared to keeping them off the phones

Impossible to get a hold of anyone! Too impossible takes months ><
