Galaxy Auto Place Service & Performance

Galaxy Auto was professional, timely, and courteous. I was referred there by a friend and am so glad I was. I got a flat tire on Sunday, I called them on Monday morning. They were able to get me the tire I needed and put it on all before 1pm on Monday during a holiday week. And they helped me get my keys out of my car when I locked myself out. Great service!

Community oriented Business, owner Bob was courteous & got my vehicle taken care of in a flash and had me back on my way.

Very professional excellent service don’t do unnecessary repairs but keeps you informed with anything that needs to be done. no high pressure. Wish I had used them sooner. Very fair. Bob takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Not would use them again AM going to use them for all my truck needs.

It's hard to find a trusted, reliable, ethical auto service but Galaxy checks all the boxes! Quality customer service too. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely come back if/when needed.

I bought my car 5 years ago from Galaxy and let me say it was the easiest purchase of my life. And I always recommend people to Galaxy to buy a car. Recently one of my co workers went to this shop for her a oil change and tires bc she also bought a car from galaxy and she LOVED the experience, they didn’t over charge her, didn’t upsell her on stuff that wasn’t didn’t need, she said she felt like she was being taken care of in the right and honest way. I just made my first appointment to have them do my oil change- I normally go to delta sonic but there prices are just ridiculous now. Plus with all the positive feedback I’ve been told about this shop and the owners- I feel more comfortable doing business with them and would rather give my business to them.

This place is great!!! I am visiting my girlfriend and had a few issues with my vehicle. I called the shop and explained my situation, they were busy but said to drop it off if possible. Bob made sure I was informed through the entire process and made it very easy. I picked my car up a few hours later and it's good to go!! Prices are very reasonable and my girlfriend will be using this auto shop from now on! Thank you Bob, you saved me tons of time and money!!!

Honest in their estimates. "Concerned about my safety". Strongly suggested work that previous repair shop should have been aware of, but never mentioned to me.

Was recommended to this place by a friend. Had to have my car towed there for repair. The owner was super nice, gave us a great price and had my car finished that same day. We arranged to take my other car back a few days later to have tires and an oil change done. The price on that was also excellent. Highly recommend.

My car had a knocking noise, turns out the upper control arm needed to be replaced. Bob was very helpful in answering all the questions and was always available to answer the phone and follow up with me. Very good experience. Excellent service with knowledgeable staff. Reasonable pricing. Would come back again.

Great experience with Bob. He fixed our van really fast. We were in trouble on our road trip and after 4 auto place, Bob found the problem and he fixed it in few hours. Thank you very much ! It is a really good place if you got an issue with your vehicle.

All of the 5 star reviews are 100% accurate. Bob was professional, honest, and efficient. I came in just to replace my indicator light. My tire pressure was low as well and they took care of it as a courtesy. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. I advise anyone with car trouble (minor or major) to visit this place. Very helpful, didn't feel like I was getting ripped off, great communication from them even with my several changes of requests for work to be done. Looking back at it I may have been a confusing customer to assist being a first time car owner and first time bringing my car in for service but I never got a feeling or sense of frustration from him, just a desire to be helpful

The mechanics replaced the struts on my car for a very reasonable price, and threw in a tire rotation free of charge all in the same day I brought the car in! I highly recommended Galaxy Auto.

Stopped by on way home to see about an oil change, turned out to be a perfect time.... they not only took me in right there and then, but were knowledgeable, friendly and honest. GREAT SERVICE!! highly recommend this place!!!!

Whenever ANYTHING happens with our cars I call Jason at Galaxy - he always gets us in ASAP and takes care of whatever is wrong. They are a great team and I know when I pick my car up he has made sure all problems are taken care of. I've been going here for years and I am NEVER disappointed. Thank you!

Every time I’ve brought my Truck in its been a great experience. Staff is amazing. Also like that they show me what’s wrong and not just say if this is wrong that is wrong. They are very honest which is amazing!!!!

Bob at Galaxy really saved our bacon! Wife and I flown back on a 12 hour overnight to Buffalo to find our camper van's battery had died. We jumped it, but then the engine would cut out every time the rpm went over 2500. There was no way we'd make our campsite that was still 4 hours away. Stress! We limped into Galaxy Auto and Bob spent at least an hour diagnosing, doing test drives, and solving the problem for us (a component needed reprogramming) and let us go for free. I can't thank him and Galaxy Auto enough for saving us!
