Mark helped my husband and I book our vacation in Mexico for us to get married with friends and family. He handled everything so well and everyone had such a great time. We will be booking through him again for our honeymoon soon!

I've known Mark for 20+ years outside of this business so asking him to create vacation plans for me was an easy decision. I've now gone on 3 vacations through him and they have all been amazing. Two separate all inclusive Mexico vacations and most recently a trip to Florida with my children. I tend to throw an idea at the team, and within a few days, I'll have several options to choose from. They work amazingly well within my planned budget. They know the hot spots but more importantly, they find what you're looking for to make your vacation exactly what you want it to be. I highly recommend them and am already thinking about my next trip.

We decided last fall we wanted to go on a family vacation to Mexico, but needed some serious help planning. A family member recommended Mark, and we are beyond grateful! He made planning our trip an absolute breeze! My husband was injured 3 days before we were supposed to leave originally - Mark called me on a Sunday and by Monday afternoon our entire trip was rescheduled with no consequences to us! He was able to still get us the ocean front suite at the resort we had our hearts set on and we couldn't have been happier!

We reached out an were promptly called back. Vanessa was our agent an she was absolutely amazing! She helped my wife an I plan our delayed honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii. Helped with hotels, flights, excursions the whole nine! She was attentive an called us a few times from when we booked all the way up to the day before departure to make sure we were ready to go! Trip was smooth thanks to her! Hotel was amazing, sights were amazing! We absolutely 100% will be using this place an Vanessa specifically for our next vacation!!!!!! Thanks again so much!!!!

Recently my husband and I and 2 other couples traveled to an all inclusive resort in Mexico. Mark’s travel and tourism made all the arrangements for our group and the trip was stress free and the resort, RIU Palace Kukulkan, was spectacular. All top of the line throughout. Mark made this recommendation to us knowing the kind of trips we enjoy and I would give him a 10 out of 10.

Mark was amazing, he did everything for us from picking the perfect place to communicating with us along the way what was needed, what would happen and what to expect. He listened to us, learned what we like and put together the BEST vacation for our 30th wedding anniversary! I can’t imagine boking a vacation without him ever again.

Melanie Enders took care of our large group of 30, not all 30 booked through her but a majority. She was always available for any questions and concerns we had. She even went above and beyond by sending us a beautiful picture frame for our 15th Wedding Anniversary. Now, we just have to decide which picture to put in it. Great travel advisor! Worked with Melanie, had a great experience. After booking trips myself on line and thinking I was getting a better deal, I will never do that again. Melanie was great, gave some great recommendations, and had an awesome trip.

Vanessa was awesome to work with and found us the perfect spot to vacation - Hotel Xcaret in Cancun Mexico. Mark was an enormous help while arranging for our Rhine River Cruise. He was with us every step of the way, including renewing our passports which had expired many moons ago. Wow!! I don't know where to even start, from being my first vacation ever, to minor set backs such as canceled flight and booking a hotel in Fortlauderdale due to flooding that Vanessa my trip advisor helped me through. I can't say enough about Melanie Enders at Dream Vacations. Her planning and expertise made our vacation one for the record books. I have never gone that far for a vacation and was a bit nervous and just waiting for that one mistake to ruin everything and it never happened. Everything was perfectly timed and reserved correctly. It was my first trip that i have ever taken that went this smoothly which made it truly relaxing and memorable.
