I had been contemplating selling my home because of my long commute, and boy was I glad that I ran into Jennifer's team's FaceBook post about homes similar to mine that are in-demand. I provided my info and was contacted by Jennifer right away. I had a different realtor when I purchased this home, but Jennifer had a better approach to selling my house so I went with her. She simply knows the balance between being risky and cautious at the same time regarding coming up with a selling price. She provides honest feedback and also offers services such as staging consultation at no cost. I explicitly mention that because I've had my share of working with realtors and some of them do not offer that. Jennifer is not one to cut corners. Everything she does screams top quality. She also has a team of excellent individuals working wit her. I was confident in her decisions and recommendations, and even at times I had concerns, she stood by her recommendation and gave me peace of mind. I told her about my concern about not breaking even with my house as I had just bought it less than a year ago, and SHE WORKED WITH ME and in the end, I got what I wanted and SOME. She simply is a wonderful and more importantly, competent realtor.

I knew Jen through a mutual friend. I had some questions, with no idea if I would actually end up selling or not. Jen responded to my messages immediately, helped me talk through and brainstorm some ideas. She was even messaging me at night and on the weekend to talk about some out of the box ideas. Never once did she make me feel like I was less important than her clients with active listings! In the end, we decided not to sell. And she was so happy and supportive of our decision. 11/10 recommend working with Jen.

I honestly could never say enough good things about Jennifer and Monika! They are truly the dynamic duo when it comes to being the ultimate RE team. My husband and I were living in Utah and relocating to NH for me to attend law school, and due to COVID we had never even been to the state before starting our home search. We were on a very tight timeline as we needed to be in New Hampshire by the start of August and we started house hunting at the end of July. Jennifer and Monika were so unbelievably on top of EVERYTHING, from getting us in tours the same day as the homes were listed, to getting a house offer into the seller within a couple of hours of seeing a home, to then ALL the paperwork that followed. I am a very organized and "on the ball" individual so when I work with professionals I want those who are also this way and they absolutely were through the whole process. We ended up choosing a home that had been neglected and needs some serious TLC, Jennifer was very on top of communicating with the listing agent to ensure the sellers would get what repairs and cleaning needed to be done before the close happened which really spoke volumes to me because in reality--the house sale still would have closed even if some of these items hadn't been done but Jennifer truly wanted to make sure we were moving into this home in the best possible state it could be. We ended up having issues with the home the sellers didn't disclose and Jennifer again was so on top of communicating with the closing team attorney to ask them legal advice for our situation and also communicating concisely with the listing agent in an attempt to resolve the situation. She was truly an advocate for us through the house hunting, house sale, financing, and our very short 3-week closing window. In addition, they both also went above and beyond spending their time finding reputable house/carpet cleaners and repair technicians that could fit us in at the last minute. I'll be the first to say I come from a state where using a realtor isn't necessarily "the norm", so we've typically had a negative connotation toward realtors, but due to NH competitive market and that we couldn't travel to see the homes we decided to "go for it" with a realtor and I cannot stress enough how essential they were to our successful and happy home purchase. If it weren't for them we would not have been even able to purchase a home (as we really didn't want to rent) let alone been set up with top-notch inspectors, house cleaners, maintenance, etc. Lastly, they are just the sweetest two women! They make you feel like you're more than just a paycheck, but that you're truly a friend too. I will absolutely be using Jennifer and Monika to list our home when we're ready to move on in a few years.
