I brought a 7’ x 5.5’ hand made braided rug to them that came from a home where a puppy had frequent accidents on it. I figured it was hopeless to save because of the smell, but nope. Not only did they finish it on time, it looks and smells great. The price was fair as well. It’s in my sunroom now and I fully expected to walk in and smell some kind of odor but to my surprise, I smelled nothing! They were super easy to work with. I’m happy I took a chance with them. I highly recommend crown flooring and cleaning. I’ll be a returning customer!

Mike and Stacy have been amazing to work with! Both had great guidance and suggestions for the best carpets to select in terms of pets, wear, quality, and kids. We splurged and got the super soft carpet for the primary bedroom, and it is THE softest carpet I've ever stepped on. As a local business, they were easy to work and coordinate with. They were able to provide estimates of different options and breakdowns, which was super helpful in determining what we wanted to spend after just purchasing a house. They were able to expedite the service as well, to get everything done before furniture was moved in. The hardwood floors look incredible after the sand and refinish, brand new! Definitely recommend.

My wife and I just moved into our new house and wanted to get some new carpet in the master bedroom. Went the to the Crown Flooring location in Bedford and picked out what we wanted. They came out for the measurement, put in the order, and then were able to install within about a week. The process was quick and easy. Also, Jeff who installed our carpet did an amazing job. There was a piece of wood in our closet that was supporting a self that was going to be really tough to get the carpet around or under. He went above and beyond and actually made us a whole new support that connects to the wall. Everything turned out great. Highly recommend this company.

Crown Flooring helped us transform the bedrooms in our new home! We worked with them prior to closing to get all of our carpet and hardwood ordered and we scheduled the installs 2-3 weeks after closing giving us time to paint! My wife and I are remodeling our house. The tile we chose was a great match to our upgraded master bathroom. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the bathroom that we picked out a coretec floor for our basement. And once again the outcome was beyond our expectations. Crown flooring did the entire basement install in one day. There was a lot of floor to cover. We now have plans in the works with the to install hardwood floors on the stairs and first floor. We are looking forward to seeing what they have for options.******** Here is an update********. My wife and I picked out a nice clean maple option. While placing the order mike showed us the same wood but in a upgraded quality. All I can say is WOW!! We chose a 4in plank and let me tell you what an amazing transformation it made! I will always highly recommend Mike and his team. Incredible work through and through.

I can’t say enough good things about Crown Flooring. Mike, Stacey and Ken were very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. Stacey was really great helping make the floor and carpet selections; Mike was very thorough with the measuring and explaining the process; Ken was great with the scheduling and following up. Their installer, Jamey, does amazing work, very personable and made sure I understood everything going on. The new floor and carpets look absolutely incredible! On top of all that, the pricing and quality of material is excellent. We made the right choice with Crown Flooring - five stars aren’t enough!

Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend Crown Flooring enough. We had just moved in and were trying to remove some carpeting and put down new flooring before we brought in all of the furniture on the main floor. We looked at multiple companies, but Crown Flooring had by far the best selection, and they were so helpful, kind, and professional.

They were so quick and efficient, and the floors look absolutely AMAZING! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

We made the mistake of thinking we could do a locking vinyl plank flooring system ourselves. After 18 hours of work and half a room done, we threw in the towel and decided to hire a professional. We called Crown Flooring after seeing a recommendation in a local parent's group for flooring installers. Mike, the owner came out a couple days after I initially reached out to him- it was super quick. Got a installation quote and a date to install a week later! Jamie was our installer. He arrived right when he said he was going to. It was early morning and my wife and kids were trying to get out the door to head to school and Jamie was unbothered by the kids running around and the TV playing. He greeted our dogs, had them get used to him for a minute and then went right to work. He was super organized. He had our failure attempt of installing the floor, pulled up in less than 30 minutes. The finish work he did with the trim and thresholds was seamless. Our fireplace hearth has some difficult angles, and he was able to trim around it perfectly. The flooring system we chose wasn't the easiest to install, but Jamie had no problems with it. His work was clean- there wasn't a trail of dust or scraps left. We had a tight spot around our fridge- Jamie got creative on fixing the issue and it worked seamlessly. We expressed we wanted to use the existing trim again and he did an excellent job saving it and reinstalling it. We'd absolutely have Jamie come back again for our next flooring project. Thank you!

I'd have to say was completely blown away when I walked into this store. They have a lot to choose from which can be a bit overwhelming 😁. The knowledge that Ken and Mike offered was unbelievable from the very first interaction. They explained all products to us from pro to cons, which was very helpful. Mike came to the house for a consultation and went room by room with us explaining all aspects of the installation process. Super helpful again! My wife and I would recommend this company to anyone that's looking for a smaller store to get that one on one service! Highly recommend!

Thank You Crown Flooring. I have to say that Mike and Stacy along with the rest of the team at Crown are wonderful. We came in with big plans to have about 90% of our floors done. We had LVP, Tile, rug and hardwood done throughout the house. Stacy was so patient with my wife and I during this very long process. She answered all of our numerous questions with grace and withstood our evolving product changes. Mike was always available for us. If there were any issues, he solved them quickly. Kyle and Ken were terrific too. Crown also has very competent installers. We had Andy in our house for over 10 days and he is quite the craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing and his knowledge is second to none. His work ethic speaks for itself and he's a great person also. Johnny installed the rugs in three bedrooms and on our stairs from the basement up to the top floor. I couldn't believe that one guy could carry in all that rug. He also did great work and is his attention to detail was super as well. You will be fortunate to have Andy and Johnny installing your new flooring or rugs. I can't say enough about those two men. The pricing was competitive and we feel we made the right choice because of there awesome customer service and installers. Do not overlook Crown Flooring you will not be disappointed. This is a top notch business. Crowne took a stinky old wool rug I found in a thrift shop for $10.00, throughly cleaned, and re-banded the back for an extremely reasonable price to return to me a rug that would easily cost $1,000. Great customer service and one stop shopping for floor refinishing, shopping for beautiful flooring of all kinds, at home rug cleaning and even custom made showers that can be made from the beautiful tiles they offer.
Only regret: that I didn't find this place sooner. Couldn't be happier.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my living room and kids playroom floors with Rigid Core-tech flooring. The attention to detail during the install is second to none. I also purchased some area rugs for the living room, and Mike was generous enough to include a free 2x6 runner! Can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!
