Cycles Etc

Been looking for a new local shop and think I found it here at Cycles Etc. Staffed with a good amount of knowledgeable people, stocked floor to ceiling with tons of bikes and equipment, and a service department with plenty of the parts you need (even my older Specialized). While my service experience wasn't impeccable (was signaled a bit early that my repair was done, but I'll put that down to miscommunication about having a similar bike in house), they were pretty much up front about costs and estimated time of completion, and pretty much hit the nail on the head. However, they did go above and beyond when the same repair had to be done a couple weeks later after the same part failing during an easy trail ride and they repaired it on the spot when I brought it back in. When I'm in the market for a new bike, I'm sure that this will be the first place that I go.

Great shop! They had just received the specific bike a Yeti SB130 T2 I was looking for a while. I called in the morning just put a small deposit and they had it built for me to use over the weekend that day. Helped me with with some carbon wheel upgrades with 0 attitude like most shops out there. Highly recommend and definitely going back! Thank you Justin, Casey and Bob!

After searching many bike shops on-line all around New England, I found Cycles Etc. Manchester. They still had lots of bikes which surprised me when most bike shops did not due to the supply chain problem. I tested a demo fat-bike and found that it was awesome but I still needed a full suspension mountain bike for the type of riding I wanted to do. I then tested and bought a Giant Trance Advanced 2 xl. After my first ride there was a minor problem. When I returned to the shop they remembered me by name and found that there was a manufacturer's defect. Justin actually replaced it with an upgrade and when I offered to pay the for the upgrade they politely said no, even again when I offered to meet them halfway. I am extremely happy with my new mountain bike. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Social distance Protocols are great. Awsome customer service!
Update 4 weeks later: Still no bikes in Massachusetts and scarce everywhere else so my wife bought a giant trance Advanced Pro 29er.
Awesome bike she loves it! She went up alone and picked it out and told me she got the same top Notch service!

This was my first experience. After buying a used bicycle from a seller from Craigslist, I brought the bike here for a tune up, new tires and new brake pads. I dropped the bike off 2 days earlier than my appt as recommended and picked up the bike 1 day earlier than my appointment and it rides decent. Thank you to the service staff.

Pretty much the benchmark for top end service, sales and bikes in the region. A family owned and operated business that loves bikes and creating a great experience for all levels of biking enthusiasts. Ride on!

This is the best bicycle store on the planet, staff was helpful and knowledgeable a really great experience. If you need parts, service , a new bike or just want to talk bikes with bike people this is the only place you need to be. Thank you, a hundred times!!!

Absolutely fantastic local bike shop with friendly, knowledgeable employees and very fair pricing. New to road biking. Bought a pre-owned bike online and thought it seemed like it wasn’t running as smoothly as it should be. Called down and spoke to Bob who said to bring it in to take a look and if they could fix it quickly then they would and if not I’d understandably have to make an appointment. I live nearby so rode down midday. Spoke with John when I came in (who had previously ordered me some parts for a saddle I’d ordered and provided a great experience) and he directed me to Bob. Bob immediately popped the bike on and diagnosed the issue (bent derailleur hanger) and had it fixed in 3 minutes. Also noticed I had a hole where my mirror should be so set me up with the same mirror that was previously installed but didn’t come with the bike. Took the time to explain what was wrong and what I was looking at and answered a couple functionality questions I had from looking over the gearing setup trying to figure out the issue myself. Today was my third experience in the store and they've all been outstanding. I'll be taking my business here for all my bike needs without a doubt

Best local bike shop ever! Bob, Justin and these guys are extremely customer oriented. Service is great, good quality technical assistance and they have always rescued me (my bike) when I needed the most. My loyalty to this store just comes naturally because I am well treated and know by name. Keep up the great job, folks.

These guys ROCK! At a time when NOBODY has bikes they do! I was able to walk in, try on a couple of bikes for size, and then order it. It showed up in under a week. I was amazed at their foresight to have bikes on order from 8 months ago so they would have some in stock this spring. Bob and the gang were super nice and informative, answering all of my many questions in an honest and straightforward manner. They were supportive and easy to deal with in a no pressure sales environment. I wish I lived closer but it's definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend.

Justin is the BEST! He goes above and beyond every time to make sure my bikes are rolling smoothly (and safely) in a timely manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend Cycles Etc!

If you are in the greater Manchester area this should be your first stop. Having recently moved to the area I am happy to have found a shop with such knowledge staff that are not sales hungry. On the service side I had a bit of an issue on a bike I brought in but they made it a priority to make things right and had a one day turn around.

Excellent! I recommended them to family who live a good distance away. They purchased 2 bikes and a bike rack hassle-free over the phone. Pickup was a breeze and Bob was very helpful loading and securing everything. I've been a customer for many many years and will continue to be and to recommend them!

Excellent bike shop, my wife was looking for a new road bike and we called Cycles Etc in Manchester looking for a specific bike which they had in stock. When we entered the store we were met by John and Bob and they showed us the bike and explained all the functions and then let my wife take the bike for 3 long test rides. We decided to purchase the bike and Bob spent a lot of time with my wife making sure they made the proper adjustments so the bike fit my wife properly before we left the store. We traveled 1 1/2 hours, but it was well worth the trip. If you are looking for a bike go to Cycles Etc in Manchester, you will not be disappointed.

My repair on my E-scooter tire was done very quickly, and at a very reasonable price.

I had another 5-star experience at Cycles Etc yesterday. I brought in a bike expecting to drop it off for service and they were able to take a look at it right away and get it fixed up while I waited. Top notch customer service from my LBS and got me back out on the trails right away. These guys are the best!

The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and eager to help with whatever you need. I bought an advanced Mtn Bike there 9 months ago based on their knowledge and helpful cooperative attitude. Price was competitive also. I've had no reason to regret it. And service. I bring them my two road bikes and two mountain bikes and they do a great job with them. They listen closely to what you say (rare!) and respond specifically to that. The people who own the place work there. This is what all local bike shops should be. They're 25 miles away and I'd still go there if they were 50. Really.

I bough a bike here about a week ago and it was a great experience! Having not been on a bike in a VERY long time I had o idea what to look for, and they were more than helpful, friendly, and patient explaining the differences between bikes. They were also very helpful with pickup arrangements! Would recommend!

Wow. What an amazing experience. Justin really knows his stuff. Very kind very informative and not pushy at all. He really makes you comfortable right away. I wish me and my husband could have shake his hand (because of the covid) to let him know how great the service and how well we were taking care of.
