Once again a fantastic experience at this amazing establishment. I always challenge myself to discover new things at every Dunks' (Dunkin Donuts) location. I am pleased to report that this location has wireless charging (for apple only) built into the tables!!! This is a miracle in dunks form and i cannot wait for my next dunkventure

Never have had issues with wrong orders or slow waits. Good customer service. I've had issues with burnt or cold food at other DDs but not with this one. We always go to this one even tho Bristol's is closer. I once asked for a limited time item and discovered it's time was over. They still found a way to make it for me though and very happy and grateful so 5 stars from me!

Everytime I go there everyone is busy working! They handle the rushes they get there so well I order on the go every morning and it’s ready and made correctly. It’s a very well run store and the staff is fantastic

Donuts were fresh and there was a great variety. The service was great and the establishment was clean. The outside trash was overflowing... Just a small suggestion would be to tend to this often if you want to maintain the great look that I saw inside. Thanks!!

Great service in drive-through from Peter and another lady on the cash register. It really meant a lot, in the middle of a pandemic on a really tough day to have such friendly and helpful service. Distracted with other worries, I got stuck on my drink order, but instead of showing even a hint of impatience, Peter kindly answered my questions and helped me pick out what turned out to be a great choice. Seriously, they were just really nice on top of getting my order right and everything being fresh, hot and well made.

My coffee was a little bit light, I went and asked the worker if I could make it a bit darker. She immediately said yes abs went to make it darker. She then proceeded to make sure it had the right amount of caramel. She was the nicest lady ever!! Thank you!

Place was packed on a Saturday of bike week. Store was well staffed and handled the rush well. Refreshing compared to a lot of other locations

I had their avocado toast and it was amaaaazing. I love avocados and if you do too if recommend getting that.
It filled me up and I ordered an iced green matcha tea that compliments my brunch.

We had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin and I’m almost certain the employee mentioned in the last review was the one who made our experience so wonderful!! (He has a “family” tattoo on his arm and is blonde). He was the only one working around 8:00pm and was funny, helpful, and talkative. My partner ordered a few things that they had run out of and settled on something else. When the employee made the order he found my partner’s first choice and gave it to him on the house - stopping him on the way out to make sure he got it.
Listen, people have bad days. Service workers aren’t here to be your best friend. You have no idea what they might be going through at any point in time and if they take your money and give you your coffee then they’re doing their job.
In our case, the employee went above and beyond and was a total delight! This is never expected but always appreciated. Keep up the good work:)

Love this Dunkin but only during the week. Weekends are hit and miss for a good ice coffee. Two weekends in a row our ice coffee was watered down...

Great Service!!! We put in an "on the go" order 6Mins B4 Closing, on Christmas Eve! So B4 we got there I called ahead to confirm we were going! The worker "Dylan" actually made us A fresh pot of coffee N it was Amazing
