Seascape Inn

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about four days with his dog, and every day was very nice. There's lots of stuff to do, nice staff and other tenants/travellers, and it's directly across from the beach. The design of the downstairs room we stayed in was cute, all sea themed, and the shower is pretty nice too. Thank you!

A great quaint and reasonably priced cottage place across from the north beach. The staff was fantastic and Cathy (mgr) made sure everything was as needed (even that important cup of am java). And best of all it is dog friendly and allowed us to have our first vacation with our pup. Is it on the boardwalk...no but just a car ride away. But an am and pm walk on North Beach across the street was perfect. Check it out! We'll be back next year.

What a gem! Do not let the less than perfect reviews stop you from checking this place out. They allowed for me to park there, much earlier than check in, to hang out at the beach until the room was ready. I received a message saying the room was ready and the key was there for me. Room 19 was super cute and thoughtfully decorated not only was it spotless but they turned the ac on so we arrived to a nice cool room. Staff was friendly and the beach access was the best. I will definitely be back

Perfect stay for a long weekend! GF and I spent Thursday to Sunday at the Seascape Inn and we were very impressed. The motel is right across the street from the beach, you're within walking distance to a few bars/restaurants, but you're not in the middle of all the action of Hampton Beach (positive in my opinion). We stayed in Room 17 and had a great view of the ocean. Room was very clean, bed was very comfy, and we even had microwave/refrigerator for leftovers! Bathroom had everything we needed as well. Great location - we were able to drive to Salem one day, and Portland Maine the next day. Staff was very friendly, gave us toiletries/towels as soon as we requested them and were very responsive throughout the whole process.

Was most impressed with the price. We paid less than half the cost for the Seascape Inn compared to other brand name hotels. Will be back in we stay in the area!

I can't say enough about the Seaacape, my daughter and I and 2 kids found ourselves in a horrible place in the center of Hampton Beach that was filthy and there was no way to even fit us all in 1 bed and that's all there was, it was the Hillcrest, gross!!!, So I started calling around and for a different place , they saved us at Seascape, we even stayed an extra night, I highly recommend room 22 upstairs!!!!! Very very clean rooms, Beach right across the street. We will be back, no lower priced place ANYWHERE in or around Hampton. 😉 Thanks so much guys. Carolyn

Pet friendly, great location. Dog friendly beach just across the street. Room was clean, air conditioning worked great, staff was pleasant and grounds were neat and clean. Very happy to have found a pet friendly motel in this area at a reasonable price and we will definitely come back again.

We were looking to get away for a weekend. We had a really wonderful time. It's a classic roadside 1950s inn with a lot of character. The room was clean and was recently updated. The staff are really helpful and provided great recommendations for our trip. Plus the Inn is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Thanks again for a great visit!

I have been staying here for years, missed last year due to COVID travel restrictions. 3 beaches within walking distance, dog friendly, no frills motel. I love staying here! So relaxing and low key. Far from the maddening crowd of Hampton Beach city center!

Absolutely wonderful.....if you can get a room here,take it. It's100 feet from the ocean! Nice people excellent value.the owner came to our rescue and set up a recently renovated room after our reservation at another hotel was lost. After hours and off season that is above and beyond expectations ! Thanks for a great birthday beach weekend!

I came to the seascape inn with my two dogs it was an absolute joy. I can not be happier with my stay. The owner is a big dog person she is very accommodating and truly care about her guest experience. The location is a little bit off the strip but as a dog owner it was perfect. It is quiet with lots of walking room and close to the beach. Its close enough to the main strip but also just far enough. The rooms are very clean and comfortabe. I reccomend this little gem to everyone!

We were traveling south from Portland and became tired. We stopped at least seven times along route 1A at lodging places but once I mentioned that we needed a room for a dog we got shot down. As we came up on the Seascape Inn we pulled in. I met Kellie at the office and she was very nice and said dogs are ok to stay. I booked for one night but enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed another night. We intend to get back there again as soon as we are able.

This is a homey inn a bit off the beste4n path in Hampton Beach. The manager , Kellie, consistently exceeds all my expectations. I stay here every year when I go fishing.. I get in late, and leave early, but she has everything waiting for me,. I will return next yesr. It is a lot quieter than some of the downtown motels, where partiers sometimes keep you awake. A very nice free breakfast here is also is included . Kellie put us in room 19, which was nicely renovated.. rooms include a coffee maker.fridge,and microwave . The motel is open year round.

My first experience at this place was extremely excellent loved the room me and my friends were really comfortable felt like we were at the best place on hampton beach it felt like home and we loved the view we had of the ocean, for what it was.
I'm gonna rate this a 5 because of the room and the girl's at the font desk because their the only ones I felt with.

Great location close enough to the crowd to have fun but far enough to relax when the nights over. Staff is friendly and helpful newly renovated rooms with hardwood floors private beach access what more could you ask for the seascape is a true sea escape

We've been coming here for 7 years and love it. The staff is always friendly and awesome. Owner is super nice. Great and quiet location. Convenient to a variety of attractions. Can't beat the price.

I just booked for the second time this year! There very friendly, rooms are clean, there very accommodating! Ill be back next year for sure!

we had room 22 nice and clean suit ' the management and owner where amazing i loved the staff easy going respectful i spent 7 days i felt like i was staying with family i will go back , all i can say is thank you guys for making my vacation grate

I loved staying here, very comfortable. Staff was very social and helpful!! The breakfast was not available due to covid!!!
