Id like to say that the 2 ladies Ive worked with a number of times in the paint section of this store are fantastic. [I dont think I feel comfortable leaving their names for overall privacy for them...but.]..Not only have they helped me with my project questions & alerted me about current coupons, but they also had wonderful personalities & were knowledgeable on products outside of their department. Its pretty impossible to get anyone working at a store to even say hello back, so I hope that these employees are thanked for making a number of my errands worth leaving a review on......

I was looking for a part for my storm door. I contacted Flav Nour sales representative for help.

I was so impressed that he asked me few questions to understand the problem and how he can help. For storm doors department , there was no matching part available. He did not give up and told me sometimes they get some parts from unsuccessful projects and they keep them at store in case customer may need them.

He found exact matching part for me from rejects and i was so thankful that I got what I needed .

What I witnessed was an exceptional service for understanding customer problem and finding a solution. These days it is hard to find exceptional service attitude. I wish he is recognised for this attitude and skill and should get an award for exceptional customer service. Hope all lowe’s sales reps are like Flav Nour.

amazing garden, flower and plant selection! so many diff needs met today after trying a few of the big orange competitors locations we tried Lowes and were pleasantly surprised prices and section were off the charts good.. we ended up with tons of perennials and a few apples trees (which were only $39.00 for 4/5 footers!! we also bought an amazing rose bush for only $17.00 everyone must check out there selection this season

We went to Lowe’s to purchase window shades , we wanted motorized in some rooms and met Meg Bracato in window decor she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you so much for making my experience so smooth ! I highly recommend purchasing things at Lowe’s it’s nice to see so many smiling helpful employees in every department! Thank you Megan !! Pricing was also a plus 50% off on Levelor motorized was a bonus in this day and age with prices .

Friendly help, not too busy when I arrived to pick up a special order. I was able to call and let them know that I was going to be several days late and not to send the order back to the warehouse. No problems there, "Donna" helped me initially.

They have great customer service. We've been hear a lot of times for my project and Claude, one of their staff, is very helpful.

Got what we wanted. Staff was very helpful and guided us to all the items we needed. Plenty of people around to ask for help. Self check out was easy. One of our better experiences shopping at one of these "big box" stores. Plenty of parking.

Love my Lowe's! I spend a lot of time in the plant section...especially the needing some TLC section! They just some time and love! You make us look good! Heritage Baptist Church

This is a home repair place. They have a large selection. The place is pretty well organized. The staff are friendly when asked. They typically don't interact with you unless you talk to them first. They are friendly and helpful. The main hard part is finding a cart here. If you want anything other than a shopping cart, get it from the parking lot before you go in. The place is generally clean.

I went here to buy (5) Reliabilt 84in x48in windows and needed help loading them into my trailer. I asked the friendly gentlemen who made eye contact with me and said hello if there was any loading help. He walked me over to the ProDesk to get help for me but they said they had none so Jeff said he would help me himself. Jeff was on the merch team so he went out of his way to help me and these windows were 100lbs each so I would not have been able to load them without his help. Thank you JEFF!

In search of a pvc sheet, I entered. Because I was unfamiliar with the store's layout, I had a hard time locating them. Pete, a store worker, came up to me and was very helpful. He showed me where everything was and offered to customize an item for me. He was incredibly kind and patient. He kindly shortened my board, and I was relieved. What a wonderful time!

Great place to get what you need for home improvement projects. Staff is doing the best they can as under staffing is everywhere. Every employee I see ways does the best they can to help despite being overloaded. I would like to see more customers have patience and understanding while waiting to be served.

Same great place. Service is always good. Paint staff is knowledgeable. People in aisles actually help you find stuff.

I have been in your store twice in the past week, to get paint samples. On each occasion, I have had the pleasure of being assisted by a very personable young man named Wilson. He was great! So I just wanted to give a shout out about him and his wonderful customer service..

Picked up some materials for repairing a roof there they had everything I needed. The staff was friendly to both my son and his dog.

Always have what I needed used they're paint department this time. Brought in a paint chip for color match and had a gallon made.. Well it matched perfect.. Also got some bird food and misc items. Used self check out .. Overall good day there

My washer stopped working mid wash unexpectedly. I had called all around for 2 days looking for a cheap, quick grab and go, plug and wash washer. Lowes was the only store to have them in stock in my price range. I found an "open box" washer. Was able to load it up, pay and go! Rob was quick to help with the price adjustment and made the entire transaction quick and easy. I later realized I didn't have a drain hose and needed to go back and get one. I am not very good when it comes to appliances or hardware stores. I found Rob again and he knew exactly what I needed and helped out. He is also extremely personable and funny!!
He dealt with all my confusion and even had a good laugh when I showed him I traced the size of the drain output on my hand 🤣

The employees were exceptional. I was able to get everything I needed with everyone respectful and uncommonly pleasant. I always shop this store. Can’t say entirely about the employees. Much thanks to you all!

The Nashua store has a gentleman named Arthur in Hardware and I can't say enough great things about him or his customer service. He walked me to every item I was looking for and explained everything I needed answered. Ty for always having such great employees that care about their workplace and their customers.

great place nice helpfull workers.Some items priced a little but they will have what ever your looking for.Better quality items then home depot. place is huge.even if you just want tape,rope,shovel and a bag of Lime.

Clean and higher quality than the other big box store.
