Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown

The staff at this Hilton were incredibly professional, kind and nice. It was so refreshing in this post covid world!! Everyone was nice and curteous! Micheal the shuttle driver was super nice!
Great location, very clean .. quiet too!

Just checked out from a wonderful 3 night stay here. The hotel was very conveniently located close to I-293 as well as the downtown Manchester area including all of the local colleges & universities. There was plenty of free parking for all guests. I had a room that overlooked the Delta Dental stadium, which I highly recommend because it was a great view and you could also see a little glimpse of the Merrimack River adjacent to the hotel & stadium. The room was very clean, spacious, & quiet. The only thing that I would mention that could be improved is at Hilton Garden Inns there is no free breakfast like similar Hilton chains however there is a restaurant in the lobby, but it didn’t seem to be a popular choice among guests as it was a fixed rate per person and didn’t seem to appealing. It would be nice if they offered a simple free breakfast option or at least a simple menu where you could purchase an individual breakfast item instead of the $19 per person all you can eat. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Manchester, NH.

I was on a work trip from VA. The rooms were great, the location of the hotel was ideal, and the service was phenomenal. I have to highlight one employee, Kaitlyn. She was so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. She also made some great suggestions on places to eat which I really appreciated. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating but she stuck out to me the most. She's a great asset to your establishment. I would definitely stay here again. Also the view of the baseball field was a unique experience!

Phenomenal hotel with ballpark views of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats Toronto Blue Jays AAA Baseball Team from specific rooms. Beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel with spacious and high technology rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and pleasant. We especially liked Jada, Breakfast Chef who prepared some awesome omelettes and breakfast for us. She was very cheerful and happy to help! Nick our server was very professional, personable, friendly and attentive. Penny and Nate, Front Desk Associates were great as well! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning to experience a ball game on the hotel patio!

Glad to return to the Hotel. We have stayed here multiple times over the years. Room was great, overlooking the ball field. Bar/restaurant was great and our server/bartender was excellent.

Our room was really nice. I enjoyed the TVs for their exceptional size. We watched a lot of things on it. My bed was also quite comfortable with a nice blanket. I slept well every night. I slept in the sofa bed. The people at the check in desk were great. We had some nice service from the waiters at the breakfast restaurant. The location was amazing, and we could see the baseball field from our window. We went to a baseball game with the minor league Fisher cats 🐟er🐱s. We also enjoyed the breakfast food and beverages. I Recommend it!

I had a lovely three night stay here. All of the staff were so gracious and the facilities are very nice. I am amazed that people have written negative reviews about this hotel as my experience was nothing but positive. I will definitely consider returning here again. Nice bar and restaurant on site with great food and drinks. The view of the baseball field is nice. I chose the too floor which is the quietest and best view. Hilton has a great rewards program as well.

Good hotel. Great location. Room was big and spacious, just a little dated. Staff was very nice and it was very convenient having restaurant in the hotel.

This was our second couples weekend get away and it was even better this time around. The staff Brianna and Penny helped decorate our room and get a cake and even drink tickets for my partners birthday. I had balloons and decorations delivered and they took care of the rest. The king suite and jacuzzi tub is awesome and the shuttle that takes you into town for drinks or dinner and will pick you up is amazing. It was the most stress free experience I’ve ever had. Zack at the front desk is also so friendly and helpful. He remembered us from out last trip and that made us feel like we were right where we belonged. We will definitely go back.

I stayed for one night, and had a wonderful time. Right next to a minor league ballpark and relatively close to bars and restaurants aside from the ones located in the hotel. The room was clean and organized. The bed was as comfortable as other Hilton hotels. Room temperature was easy to control. TV channels were good how ever I couldn't find a guide to tell me the channels available. Had a great view of the ballpark from the room and the soundproofing was good. For a fee you can get breakfast in the morning, it's buffet style but they also have chiefs making omelets for people. I would certainly stay here again especially if I was going to a baseball game.

What an amazing place to stay. We drove a van full of rescue cats to New England from South Carolina and stayed here for two days to relax before driving back. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are so comfortable. I stayed in a handicapped accessible room and the space was phenomenal, and exactly what I needed with my mobility issues. Everyone on the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Penny, Zach, and Kaitlyn all went out of their way to make our stay completely comfortable. Every time we spoke with them they had smiles on their faces and offered help immediately.

The housekeeping staff and the breakfast staff of the restaurant were also just phenomenal. It's not rare to get good service, but great personalized service is something you just don't find anymore, and that is all we received while staying here. I discovered on my second day that our wait staff was brewing my unsweetened iced tea by the glass as I was ordering it! Amazing service. The food and cleanliness were off the scale of great. We didn't eat lunch either day we stayed in Manchester because the breakfast was sooooo good!

We will be visiting Manchester frequently, we have friends there and work with animal rescues in New England. Knowing we've got a dependable place to stay really is a load off my mind.

We had our welcome drinks for our wedding at the bar overlooking the baseball stadium and WOW it was amazing. The staff is exceptional and it was such a breeze working with Brianna Pereira. This was definitely a highlight for a lot of our guests! What a great view they have there. We did not stay at the hotel but our guests did and they enjoyed their time there. It is in a great location and the service is top notch!

Great hotel! Best part was the hot tub. We are also baseball fans and loved the view of the field from our window! The staff were all incredibly nice too. The rooms were clean and comfy. The entrance to the hotel was bright and lovely. We would love to come back during baseball season!

This place is awesome! It is in a busy area in downtown Manchester. Our room had a baseball field view, which we loved! If you're a baseball fan, there is a restaurant located in the lobby where you can eat and watch the game at the same time. It almost feels like you're in the field.
They also have a heated indoor pool that came in handy for my kids.

The room was very clean, which is one of the things I look for when I stay at any hotel.

I'll definitely come back if I'm ever back in New Hampshire.

Great food!! Frontcdedl is kinda rude. They won't let anyone check in prior to 3. I get that's the policy, but all rooms became magically available at 3. Rooms were standard fare with microwave and fridge. No smart tvs.

Convenient location at the river. Great staff. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the baseball field.
Solid breakfast with made to order eggs. We ate dinner there as well.

I cannot rave about this location more than I already do. Long story short I moved across the U.S. to Manchester for work and had a very long 3 day drive. Luckily this location had some of the kindest good hearted people. From the concierge to the bartended and waiters everyone was so friendly. It was an experience that I am so thankful for and look forward to many more stays here.

We had a very short stay but it was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms and hall were very clean.
The staff we did interact with were very pleasant. The breakfast can not be missed. The food was fresh, the chef was excellent and very friendly and our waitress Red was friendly.

My room had a view of the baseball field. I was not expecting that.
