Holiday Inn Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

Tay and Mel at the front desk were super helpful and patient. I was traveling with a group of 5 and we had our flight home from MHT canceled last minute due to weather. They met all of our requests and accommodation needs with a very friendly demeanor even though they were clearly dealing with many other needy guests that were stranded due to the storm. Rooms were clean and in good shape, especially considering the room rate. Thanks guys!

Very happy with this hotel. Matt who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Airport diner right downstairs is convenient and affordable.
We did have a small issue with a rude person who was using the pool, but Doris at the front desk was extremely helpful. She was nice, welcoming, and apologetic for the situation that occurred even though it was no fault of the hotel.
The staff here are wonderful. The location is close to some fast food, gas stations, and the highway (for ease of travel). I fully recommend.

Took our son for a night over April vacation and this is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels in the state I’ve seen. Check in was a breeze and every staff member I encountered were extremely polite. The man at the front desk last night gave my son a bag of popcorn and candy to bring upstairs! The pool was amazing. Would definitely choose this hotel over any other in the future.

I visit my daughter every other month in NH & I always look forward to staying at the Holiday Inn Manchester. They have everything you could want from a great indoor pool & hot tub, to spacious rooms & the kindest most helpful hotel staff. Eric went above & beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was injured at the time of my first stay in August 2023, & found myself unable to stand up from my room chair. Eric came by & like Superman he gently lifted me up from the chair & helped me walk, with a warm demeanor & a smile on his face all the while. The man is a hero, & I’m so grateful he was there. Doris & Matt were also so kind & patient helping me check-in & out at the front desk. The most wonderful hotel staff you could ask for. They made me feel like family, & I always look forward to coming back because of them. Also, the attached Airport Diner is a gem. One of the best diners I‘ve ever eaten at. It makes a great pair with the hotel. I recommend adding on the breakfast/ food vouchers for the diner with your res. You won’t be disappointed.

Came in town for a college graduation.

Hotel staff were incredibly helpful. I was picked up at the airport by Eric who was driving the shuttle. Eric was pleasant, had a great attitude, made us feel extremely comfortable when driving us from the airport, and offered to help us in any capacity during our entire stay. Great employee!

Matt helped us out on Sunday evening. Offered dining recommendations to us and went the extra mile and assisted by taking pictures for us.

Overall, great experience.

We stayed here while attending a wedding, and had a great shuttle ride to and from the venue with Eric! He was friendly and helpful. He gave us his contact info and picked us up when we were ready to leave. Dorie at the front desk was welcoming and helped us feel right at home. There is also a diner attached to the hotel which has great breakfast. We will come back again!

I revently visited Manchester, NH for a middle school basketball tournament and I was so impressed with this hotel. Danielle, the general manager at this hotel, was beyond wonderful with her kindness, helpful nature and professionalism, before we even arrived at the hotel. She made sure our stay was taken care of with every detail possible.

Her staff during our stay were also professional, kind, welcoming and helpful. They made sure myself, our students, and their parents had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. The service was top notch and everyone we encountered at the hotel were very kind and caring. The Airport Diner, which is attached on the first floor of the hotel, had great food and service from the waitstaff.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be visiting Manchester in the future. We were very impressed with our stay, the kindness and professionalism of Danielle and the staff, and the neatness of the hotel overall. Bravo!

Checked in pretty late, but Matt H at the front desk was very accommodating! Pool was nice, rooms were clean. Will be staying here again next time. Get the "free" breakfast package, it's worth it.

Love it here!! Such nice staff especially Eric and Matt at the front desk they are so friendly and efficient!! The beds are like sleeping in a cloud and rooms are clean and spacious!! Location is perfect right next to airport diner and 5 mins from any shopping you want to do.

From check in with Nicole to Eric at the night staff our stay here was great! The staff at your property get it! They’re fantastic and I would recommend this hotel. I’ll be staying here again when I’m in the Manchester, NH area. This was a busy weekend with AAU basketball. Lastly the adjoining diner is a home run.

I can't commend Nicole, Tim, Matt, and the housekeeping staff enough for their exceptional hospitality during this past week amid all the chaos of the devastating storm. As a member of a utility trying to book rooms for our crews working through a snowstorm, their accommodations were a lifeline.

From Nicole's warm welcome to Tim and Matt's tireless efforts to cater to our unpredictable schedules, they went above and beyond. Their empathy and dedication made a challenging situation much more bearable.

Moreover, the housekeeping staff deserves a shoutout for maintaining impeccable cleanliness despite the hectic conditions. The rooms were spotless, providing a comfortable sanctuary amidst the chaos outside.

I called to indicate that I would be checking in late the evening of March 29, 2024. Matt answered and politely assured me that there would be no problem. When we later arrived, Matt recognized us as the earlier callers and greeted us warmly, making us feel “right at home”. He’s an asset to this Holiday Inn and to IHG as a whole! Our housekeeping staff for Room 321 (Glamy?) was also excellent. Thank you for hiring such good people!

Excellent location near the MHT airport. Very clean and friendly hotel. The Airport Diner is attached to it so you've got the best breakfast in town readily available.

We had some trouble with our booking agency. They turned out 2 queen room into a king with a sofa bed. 3 people with back issues, this was not ideal. When we checked in, I explained the situation to the desk and they immediately rectified the error on the booking agency, and we slept like angels!! I cannot recommend this place enough😊
