Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester-Bedford

I stayed with you guys and overall experience was good. I did have some issues in my room but they were quick and efficient to help me out. Specially the maintenance person i did ask for his name which is Carlos . He was so nice and helpful and overall made my worries go away . I really thank him for not only doing his job correctly but giving me good treatment and helping me out as quick as possible. Overall i rate the service a 5/5 . My stay here was great . Thank you I stayed with you guys and overall experience was good.

Very very clean! I honestly get anxious about hotels (bedbugs, cleanliness), but can honestly say this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in a very long time. I notice everything- first, hair, dirty mirrors, fingerprints. I do bed bug checks and I always find something- be it a crumb, hair, unidentified objects. Not here. Very clean! I did notice the staff members cleaning and it looked like they do it as a team…? I overheard them giving each other feed back “Don’t forget to ….” I walked by them a few times and they didn’t seem rushed and were paying attention to detail.
The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn breakfast- waffles, eggs, meat, yogurts, etc. The staff were very nice and attentive. For it being a completely booked hotel, it was nice and peaceful. I did see people coming and going but for the most part, I usually has the elevator to myself. I could hear conversations as they were coming down the hall but once people were in their rooms, super quiet. I even was concerned my tv might be too loud- I couldn’t hear anyone on either side of me. Very nice stay!

Clean, good breakfast, easy in and out. Great location. Quiet yet close.

What a great hotel!! This was a last minute stop as there was an approaching snow storm and I had over 6 hrs to get home. Happy to know I could get a room and get some good sleep. Not far from the airport and rooms were in great shape and clean. Breakfast served was awesome and the staff superior. I will be back when traveling north and will know I can stay here and get a good nights sleep and some great hospitality ♥

It’s the people who make this place so special. TRUST me they make you feel so welcomed. We walked in after a horrible stay at the Hilton Double Tree (I will be writing a review of them trust me it’s worth leaving a comment). We came in and was greeted with an amazing smile of Olivia!!! She was warm and welcoming so we got started on the right foot! Olivia explained the process to check in. As we were enjoying our stay I had a question of the little store they have as I was looking for a small bottle of milk and I didn’t see any. Destiny with a bright smile asked if she could help me and I explained that I was looking for a small glass of milk. She said hold on and she came back with a small cup of milk!!! She was amazing and that just won my heart over! Whoever trained these woman did a heck of a job!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. I come to this area every year for a show at the Palace Theatre so going forward this is where I’ll book my stay!!! Thanks for treating us like a human instead of just another booking number!!!

Great place. Drew, Destiny and the rest of the crew were outstanding, greeted us with a smile everyday and were always very helpful. That’s the way customer service should be. Hotel was very nice and very clean. Excellent amenities for the price. Plenty of parking. It was the employees and service they provided that made this a 5 star hotel.

Pleasantly surprised at how neighborhood-y the area felt, considering it was close to a major expressway, but it truly felt like a world away!
Couple that with incredibly friendly staff and a clean comfortable room (very reasonably priced) and you have all the makings for an excellent stay!

We were a little nervous based on recent reviews, but I'm glad we didn't switch hotels because this hotel was great! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly (We got into town early and took a shot to see if we could check in early. Rooms weren't ready so no biggie. The friendly staffer took my number and called us when the room was ready).

Rooms were clean; beds were super comfy; fitness center was nice; breakfast was good. Overall experience was great! We'd definitely stay here again if we're ever in town again!

Not only a great stay - but the FREE breakfast is outstanding! It is all you need. You will be full and ready to tackle your day! Great staff. Easy to get to...less than 10 minutes from the Manchester airport. Indoor pool!

CLEANEST, most comfortable, most luxurious stay this amount of money can buy!!! About $140/night for my 2 queen room and it puts all my other similarly-priced hotel stays to shame. Staff all wonderfully friendly, wifi is extremely good (even the free option), breakfast very tasty, and COFFEE IS ACTUALLY GOOD! I REPEAT THE COFFEE HERE IS ACTUALLY GOOD! If I am working in the area again I'm definitely going to stay here once more.

Wonderful Experience! Zorina was so friendly and kind when we checked in. It was busy at the front desk as there were several youth sports tournaments taking place in the area this weekend. We arrived at the hotel several hours before check in time fully expecting to wait until 3:00 pm to check in. Zorina was so nice she told me our room wasn't quite ready but to check back with her in about an hour. An hour later Zorina had our room ready. The check in experience was awesome.
Drew was super friendly when I came down to the desk at 10:00 pm asking for some salt. She was able to give me salt with 30 seconds. I chatted with her again a little later when I had to grab something from my car. She was so personable and and very welcoming.
We stayed a king size suite with a fireplace. The room was super clean and the set up was perfect for an Xbox challenge with our nephews. It was a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. We plan to stay again next year. Thank you for a terrific night.

We live in the area but came to make use of the heated saltwater pool, which was wonderful and well maintained.

Naomi and Raymond were both kind and engaging with our 6-year old guest of honor. It was overall a great experience.

Made my overnight stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Extremely up-to-date features, oversized shower, and digital thermostat. Beds were comfortable, and I didn’t see a speck of dust anywhere. This is my new go-to for frequent trips to Manchester.

This particular Hampton Inn and Suites has been our "go-to" hotel every time we visit family in Manchester. It's close enough to Manchester proper, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The manager, Drew, is wonderful! She remembers us, visit to visit, and consistently makes sure we are well taken care of. One thing to note-if you are staying for more than a couple of days and like to unpack, the fireplace rooms are probably not a good idea. The fireplace takes the place of the dresser. There are some extra shelves and basket drawers in the closet, though. If you are flying in, the airport is just a few minutes away. Breakfast fare is the average-oatmeal with mix-ins, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles with topping options, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, coffee, cocoa, tea, juices, and milk. Dunkin is right down the block, too. Easy access to the major highways and connectors.

Nice hotel friendly staff great breakfast little kitchen girl good job! Food good clean eating area but our room abit chilly! When you put thermostat up cool air came out heater a bit noisey! I'd a liked it quieter and abit warmer!

Can’t say enough about how helpful and pleasant Zorina was with our check-in today. I had mistakenly booked three rooms for our group on Friday night when it should have been for Saturday night. She was very kind and patient helping us get my mix-up sorted out. Every th g about our stay here was top notch. Very well-run property.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness, service and location of the Hampton Inn & Suites. Surrounded by all the services I needed: Whole Foods, restaurants, gas station close by and a beautiful neighborhood.

Staff was great on check in. Room very clean and disinfected. TV, micro, fridge. Super comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows (if you know my GF that is extremely important!) Breakfast was excellent.

The room was incredible. Big, clean and comfortable big bed. Microwave too. A desk and sofa. Really great room.
MY only complaint was no railing in the bathroom by the toilet.
Coffee and tea in a breakfast nook. Free bottled water. Beautiful hotel.
