McDonald's

With few options available, the Alliance McDonald's has hot, fresh breakfasts. Service all 3 days I've eaten here this week has been great. Compared to kiosk ordering in Vegas, it's nice to see a person smiling while taking my order. The drive thru looked to be moving steadily, and there was no crazed panic being the counter or in the kitchen I've observed at other McDonald's.

March 2023 update. Things have changed here. Walked in and waited for help. There was no one around. Finally, someone came to the front with a mop bucket. Leaves it, and starts to take my order, no washing hands, no polite greeting. ... the coffee tasted old and burned, but the food was still hot and fresh. Unfortunate visit for me. :/

It's Mickey D's. You know you only come here when you are broke AF and/or you got a metric poo ton of kiddies to feed.

Pro Tip: Ask for the Daily Double. It's not on the menu. It's a double cheeseburger for 2 bucks that has lettuce mayo ketchup mayo onion and pickles. Taste more like a Whopper or Wendy's burger.

I have to give this place 5 stars because for what it is, it is good at it.

The cashier lady was friendly and the store was clean. Wife and kids loved the cinnamon rolls

The top three reviews at the time of writing this are all contradictory. One says that the staff is very polite but the wait is long, the next says that the staff is very rude, and the one after that says that their food was ready quick. This just goes to show the staggering amount of employees that come and go through this business. McDonald's isn't a place that employees stay for very long usually, so you never know who you're going to get. However there is one thing you can always rely upon, thanks to higher standards across the board than years ago the food and drink tastes better and they generally always taste the same no matter which McDonald's you're at and this one is no different.

That consistency and knowing what you're in for is why you would choose McDonald's. For that reason this McDonald's gets 5 stars, if you've ever been to one then you know what you're getting regardless of which McDonald's you're at here in the U.S. In general the staff at this particular one are usually polite, usually quick, and usually get your order right. Yet, for your own sake, always take a few seconds to check that your order is, in fact, correct before you drive off, leave the building with to-go, or start eating inside. People do make mistakes once in a while, after all!

Given I've been coming here regularly for years and have been using their app for about as long I can say with some certainty that if an order's wrong it's probably the person ordering it that had the issue, indeed it's very likely they just didn't speak clearly or ended up doubling back on what they were saying. Many people here don't speak very clearly and they tend to ramble or forget/add things randomly, I've seen it enough to know that's the biggest issue.

My orders are almost never wrong and on the very rare occasion they have been it's been something minor like a condiment on a sandwich when I asked for it not to be there. Yet, again, that's a very rare thing to happen. It happens at maximum once a year which, I feel, is more than excusable. I've come here during rushes, I've come here during slow periods, even when no one else was here. Heck I've ordered things when there was a huge drive through line and nowhere to park!

The people do well and do their best to get orders right and on time. Things happen, yet, generally, years of experience have taught me that if an order's wrong it's best to check your receipt as it's probably your fault.

Was quick and clean this go around but could do much better on certain mornings when certain ppl that care about their job are working. Othertimes they completely trash an order and im forced to return again to get it fixed it is what it is just hope u have enough gas to get it returned and corrected!

Friendly and fast staff, the food was fresh, got and delicious. We arrived at the western most location, only one maybe?, and the store was clean and quiet! It was only myself and my 5 year old but we were treated wonderfully and they even had a game table to keep him quiet while we ate! Will go back as often as I can! Love it!

5-13-21 around 3p.m. I got the best food I've ever had from a McDonald's. Food was done quick, came out hot, and tasted great! I was very surprised honestly.

Very friendly staff here. I hit tourist towns for about 8 days and Bike Week had clearly worn out the locals, but not at this Macca's. No one balked at my crazy order or goofed it up, food was fine, inexplicable and VERY nice table service from the shift lead/manager, store was clean. 10/10 would Macca's again

Food was made to order and was done in a relatively quick time.

This store has improved, turning a 180 from my last review, which I am now updating.
They're doing great and the errors are almost nonexistent!

I spent a total of five minutes inside. I received great customer service and it was a great, friendly, clean atmosphere. Smiles were everywhere. The food was fast and neat and the store was clean.

Hasn't disappointed me yet, but considering I eat this grease maybe twice a year so take this review with a grain of salt

The guy working behind the counter was literally the cutest person I've ever seen in my entire life. If he's seeing this I hope he contacts me!

Hot fries 5 packs of bbq sauce and they didn't mess up the order
