My puppy had an ear infection and they were able to see him quickly. Dr. Rydstrom was very friendly and professional as she always is. The vet tech was awesome - super friendly, gave my puppy lots of treats and love, and was very professional.
I love bringing my three dogs (I know, I’m crazy!) here. Most of the staff are friendly. All the vets and techs are friendly and professional. They all know and love my dogs, Gary, Akira, and Odin. Odin even made the website with Mia!

I am so thankful for Dr. Rosa and his team at VCA Daniel Webster Animal Hospital. They cared for my kitten after his fall from a third story window. Dr. Rosa thoroughly explained his diagnosis and surgical treatment options. During the entire process, I was kept well informed by phone call and text message of everything that was happening. Dr. Rosa also checked in with me twice before the follow up visit just to be sure all was going well. My kitten has recovered quickly and is wonderfully pain free. We chose Daniel Webster Animal Hospital based on reading these reviews, and 4 years later I'm happy we switched to this hospital. The doctors at DWAH are professional and friendly.

We've seen Dr. Rydstrom and Dr. Rosa. Both doctors are knowledgeable and caring. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and they explain things well and in depth.

The staff have always been welcoming and loving towards our cat and 2 dogs.

Recently our dog, Darla, needed a major surgery. She has luxating patellas and arthritis. Dr. Rydstrom recommended we work with Dr. Rosa for the surgery. From their, Dr. Rosa has taken such great care of Darla. He took the time to explain the whole procedure and answer all of our questions leading up to the surgery.

Throughout her recovery, Dr. Rosa stayed in touch with us via text (through an app, professionally) and even answered our questions on weekends. He showed genuine care and concern for Darla, which was very comforting. He successfully corrected her Medial Patellar Luxation (MPL) in one leg, and we will be going back to Dr. Rosa to correct her other MPL.

Our family is very grateful for Dr. Rosa and the whole team at DWAH for helping our pup feel better! Thank you!

We have been bringing our 5 month old pup to VCA since 10 weeks old. The vet team is great, especially Dr. Sullivan. While our dog doesn't have a fear of males when he walked in I wondered how she would react as it was her first time with a male vet. He was fantastic! He was gentle, caring and seemed to really want to help her in any way he can. She hates shots but didn't even notice when he gave them. He was personable and both me and my wife walked out and said "I really like that Dr". The VCA staff has been great and you don't wait a long time after you get there. Recommend VCA and especially Dr. Sullivan.

My dog had TPLO surgery and Dr. Rosa was fantastic throughout the whole process. I greatly appreciate all the hard work he put in to helping my dog physically while simultaneously catering my anxieties as well. He takes the time to explain the process in depth and the texting service to check-in after the surgery was one of the best services he offers. It was very reassuring knowing he was available to consult with if needed.

My dog is a patient at VCA Bedford and they have been amazing. We transferred there and the quality of service is so much better. My dog recently had a neuter and elective gastropexy with Dr Rosa and everything went so well. He regularly checked in to see how my dog was doing and answered questions quickly. I could not be happier with VCA and would recommend them to anyone.

Over the past 60 years, and many cats and dogs, D. W. Animal Hospital has been our go to vets. Terrific, caring vets and so very kind technicians. Today really showcased them. We brought our 2 kittens in for their first exam. Both are extremely traumatized and scared. Becca, the tech, was incredible. She actually got them calmed down enough to be examined and nails clipped. Our vet,, Dr. Sullivan, was so caring and kind, knowing how scared they were. A VERY positive visit!

I have been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy. The staff always greets him with such love and they spoil him every time we go there. Most recently my dog needed TPLO surgery and Dr. Rosa was absolutely amazing. Not only did he explain the surgery in detail, but he also made sure that I was in touch with him everyday for the first several weeks through text so I could send pictures and updates on my dogs progress. The entire staff at VCA Daniel Webster is caring and they truly treat your pet as one of their own.

I've been taking my dog here for almost four years now, and the Vets and the staff there are really knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

Most recently- I took my dog there because she was experiencing pain when she was picked up and / or jumping down from the couch. Within minutes, Dr. Sullivan was able to determine what was bothering her and had subscribed more rest and the equivalent of canine motrin. Now... she's back to her old self.

8/31/22 update. I'm continue to be impressed with their high level of customer service on both front and back end. I appreciate the communication and overall thoroughness with taking care of my pup. I would highly recommend this vet facility to anyone.

Every one of my animals I have brought to this facility have been treated promptly, compassionately, comfortably and with care. The employees are so very kind and knowledgeable, every single one of the staff members that I've talked to takes their time with you to answer all of your questions. They were so very compassionate and kind when I had to put down a cat that had a long-standing neurological disorder. I can't say enough good things about this clean, organized, professional and personable clinic.

Highly recommend! The facility is always extremely clean, everyone is so nice and helpful. They get me in within a quick time frame and keep me up to date as needed. Dr Jessie Neveu is such an amazing vet. She is extremely thorough in her examination, explanations and treatment of my cats while being so caring and compassionate. I wholeheartedly trust her caring for my fur babies!

Our golden retriever had a laparoscopic spay from Dr. Rodrigo Rosa. She has a small incision and is doing extremely well with her recovery! I'm so glad we found out about this procedure being available laparoscopically as it's much less invasive and easier recovery. I can't thank Dr. Rosa enough for his expertise!

I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with my experience at VCA Daniel Webster, and particularly with the attentive and high level of care and expertise of Dr. Rosa!

My 10.5 year old goldendoodle had a cranial crutiate ligament tear and required TPLO surgery. It can be very difficult to even find an orthopedic surgeon in the area, let alone one as great as Dr. Rosa. He is an extremely intelligent and experienced doctor and does these surgeries multiple times a week on dogs of all sizes and ages. I could tell that he keeps current with the medical literature and procedural best practices for this surgery and others he performs, as well as the treatment required to get the dogs back to a normal state. He also attends conferences regularly to stay current.

I’m addition to knowing my dog was in expert hands for the scariest thing we’ve ever been though, perhaps one of the best things about having Dr. Rosa treat my dog was that he spends an inordinate amount of time communicating every detail in plain language and also understands the emotional toll it takes on owners too. Not many doctors will spend an hour+ just talking to you, answering all your questions, explaining everything the way he does on your visits to the office, or as much time as needed on the phone as follow ups to your dog’s visit. After the surgery, he also checked in 1-2 times a day on my dog via text message and was always responsive when I had questions or concerns. I’d text pictures on the incision so that he could make sure my dog was healing properly.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. If anything ever happens to my dog again, Dr. Rosa at VCA will be my first call/text!!!

Our black lab Wendell suffered from torn knee ligaments and he is a big baby. The Doctors and staff took such good care of him and us .We had a remote phone consultation and videos were provided.
Everything was explained in detail, they made sure we understood each step of the procedure and his healing process, all the while dealing with the challenges of running a veterinary clinic during covid. I have no regrets with the decision to go forward with the surgery. He is not limping, seems totally healed as a 9 year old lab can be. The attention to detail and follow up calls and texts were an appreciated touch. This is what we needed. Thank you VCA and Dr. Rosa

I’ve been taking my cat here since 2019 and I have always had a pleasant experience here. Dr. Sullivan and his team are wonderful. Very caring and will answer all of your questions and concerns. This will definitely be my go-to veterinary practice and the prices are fair as well.
