Dr Watts is wonderful with my Logan. She &her technicians are so kind & patient. We’ve had to undo a lot of anxiety from Logan’s past. His visit yesterday was pleasant ! Thank you to all for making it happen.

I have taken all my dogs here for years. The staff is caring and wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Sofield. He is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and caring with my dogs. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions thoroughly.

Bedford Animal Hospital cares for my cat Lester as if he were your pet. I appreciate the call on Friday about his blood work. Very efficient. Thank u

They got me in so quickly and did a great job on my poor pup’s infected foot. They were very kind and professional. Not so sure my pup is liking the cone though! 😂

My dog became ill days before his appointment however they were able to accommodate him when I phoned. The staff were excellent! My dog is very nervous when he goes to the vet. The staff here were wonderful with him. They were not rushed, they sat with him a bit, they were very gentle. Dr. Watts was exceptional. She answered all of my questions. She made recommendations on treatment versus just one treatment course. I would definitely recommend Bedford Animal Hospital.

My cat needed some dental work under anesthesia. They took wonderful care of her. What really stood out is them telling stories of her behavior during the day. It was clear that they care for the animals and they enjoy being there. That gives me a great deal of confidence.

Bedford Animal Hospital has taken care of all my animals from health needs to grooming, even kennel when they offered it! My pets have always been comfortable being there and the staff goes above and beyond. I won’t consider anywhere else for my pets because the care and attention is what matters the most for my lovies ❤ Thank you for always looking out for our pets and their well being - it’s been a great 17 years so far!

The vets and staff are very caring. They have figured out the couple of medical issues we have had with our babies quickly and set us on the right plan. We have been going here since our first dog. When we had to say goodbye to #1, they helped us through a very difficult process with their patience and empathy and caring and sensitivity. ……we are now on #2 and#3 and are very happy here.

I could not recommend this vet more. They are absolutely amazing! They have helped me so much and put my mind at ease when it came to my dog and her random allergic reaction. They are all very attentive, kind, and just overall an amazing animal hospital!!

We had to unexpectedly put our cat Danny down, and Bedford Animal Hospital couldn’t have been more kind or accommodating. It was such a difficult day and they were so caring towards us and Danny. I’m very grateful for that.

We came for a yearly check up for our dog, Lily. As well as needing vaccines, she’s been suffering with a torn CCL in her right back leg and this week developed a click which Dr Watts diagnosed as a slight tear in her miniscus. We always receive competent care and information from our vet. (7/23)

I had a not so great experience getting my first cat fixed at a different vet so I was a little nervous about getting my second cat fixed, but the staff at Bedford animal hospital took great care of him. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the animals they treat and want to make sure their time at the vet is as positive and little stressful as possible. My older cat that I had previously taken to a different vet became very anxious and traumatized around going to the vet, but at Bedford they were so gentle and understanding with her. They did what they needed to do to make sure she’s healthy without being aggressive or causing her a lot of stress. I’m so glad I started taking my cats to this vet.

I switched to Bedford Animal Hospital around two years ago. Yesterday, I had to have my senior cat euthanized. This is not the first animal I have had to help cross the rainbow bridge, but this was BY FAR, the most compassionate veterinary clinic I have ever used. Thank you so very much! You made a heartbreaking event a little easier with your kindness.

My experience with Bedford Animal Hospital has been great. Dr. Sofield found that my Beagle/Blue Heeler mix had heart worms. He treated my dog and now he is heartworm free. Thanks to Dr. Sofield and his staff did an excellent job.

Dr Melissa Watts was fabulous! The Vet Tech who assisted was well prepared with chart review, for our Daisy's visit.
To have the Dr and Tech BOTH, sit on the floor to pet, and examine Daisy, made a lasting positive impression on us.

They were able to fit me in same day when my puppy had an eye infection. Not only did they thoroughly evaluate her eye but they looked her all over too to make sure she was healthy all around. Very impressed.
