I use a Personal Trainer to help build and maintain my strength and flexibility during my Golden Years. It's a demanding exercise program. So I also regularly depend on Simple Wellness to enhance the results of the workouts with expert, skilled massages that eliminate muscle knots, aid in muscle relaxation, alleviate pain, and help me to better understand and care for my body.

From the time you walk in the door until the time that you leave, you will be well taken care of. It’s quiet and calm, everyone is thoughtful and nice. The massage rooms are beautiful, peaceful and clean. Kelly’s vast experience in multiple types of bodywork and massage, let’s her provide you with the best personalized treatment that you need. I have seen her since having surgery and radiation for BC. I literally do not know what my body would be like at this point of I hadn’t been working with Kelly.

Tonia was very friendly and did a great job. She asked the right questions and was very attentive.

The front desk staff is always friendly and nice and the space is always clean and welcoming. I have a great experience with Kelly, she’s very attentive to what is currently troubling me and is able to help me feel better every time I walk out of there.

Very nice relaxing massage from Tonia. She made sure the pressure was just right. I stayed nice and warm in the room with a heated blanket. It was a clean professional looking place.

I started getting regular massages here last year and it has been a great increase to my quality of life! It's really worth it! Abigail is really talented at immediately finding those pesky neck and shoulder knots and getting them worked out. I really recommend getting the full 90 minute massage so she has time to massage your arms, legs, hands, and feet. Having a professional masseuse rub your hands and feet is really something special!

After suffering for months with back and knee pain, I finally went to see Tonia. She is amazing! She took the time to ask questions to try and pinpoint where the pain was coming from and she nailed it! I feel so much better and I am able to get restful sleep again. I will be continuing to see her regularly as massage has become part of my wellness program.

I highly recommend Simple Wellness Massage! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.  I have been going to Tonia for years and she does an amazing job! She is professional, very knowledgeable, and able to help with specific areas of concern. Her massages are wonderful! She's also great with suggesting things you can do on your own to alleviate pain or tightness. She genuinely cares about you, as does the rest of the staff. I always feel amazing when I leave there! Simple Wellness Massage is a great place to go if you want to be pampered or need some relief from pain or stress!

I opted for a 90 minute massage with Tonia. It was amazing and I will be going back again soon. She was very communicative, asking if I wanted more or less pressure and very nice to chat with. It was quite relaxing and if you have the time and opportunity I would highly recommend Simple Wellness!

I have had multiple pregnancy sessions with her this year and every time is better than the last. She is really responsive, professional and talented. I will be back again. We've definitely found our go-to gal in town.

One random thing I felt especially appreciative of is that she can read people. I came in really tired for my last session (pregnancy is hard) and she could tell. Normally we're very chatty during our sessions which I like, but she could tell that day I was kind of out of it so we took it easy and had more of a resting session. It's a small thing but a lot of therapists wouldn't pick up on cues like that and she did. It was a big deal to me and I appreciate it so much.

It was amazing how she could feel the parts of my body that needed extra care and she took the extra time to work on them. I appreciate her so much and I will definitely be going back!
