Amazing Teriyaki Chicken on Broccoli and Rice AND Vegetarian Summer Squash Soup! Great service, as ALWAYS. I LOVE PB, nationwide!

Really wonderful place. I haven’t been to Panera in years but decided to go with a friend after a walk in Wilderness park. We were helped by Matthew at the front and the staff made our meals quickly and everything tasted great (had the Ham & Gouda melt with broccoli cheddar soup) The space was also quiet and impressively clean and we were lucky enough to find a spot by the fireplace.

I don't eat at Panera often, I go there mainly for drinks. I've had plenty of large charged lemonades, and I'm aware of the controversies regarding their safety. As far as caffeine goes, they have almost 2 and a half times as much caffeine as a monster, and combined with the sip club it's a much better value if you're into energy drinks. Assuming you don't have a heart condition, I'd highly recommend Panera.

Recently had an issue with DoorDash. Driver left the meal outside but the GM and Herbert the manager went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was rectified. I have been going to Panera Bread for over 15 years and will not stop going. I love their willingness to make sure customers are happy!

Great upgrade to a more accessible location. Beautiful, inviting, open, with variety of ample parking and seating. Drive thru is a plus. Simplified, more orderly, less confusing, less frustrating counter approach for who should be next in line. Also like the kiosk order options. Need to experience the comforting warmth of the fireside seating.

Customer service was helpful. They greeted me well and you the customer actually has to get your order from the counter and also when you order they have it ready for you in the bag with your name on it. Nice and clean place and right next to the highway on Pine lake

My first experience ordering through a computer. Meh.
But the older gentleman working was so more than willing to carry food for us.
People seemed rushed and not really into an enjoyable lunch time experience.
For all the hype Ive heard on the strawberry poppyseed dressing chicken salad, I was not bowled over.

Be better if the person taking the order wasn't wearing mask so we could understand what was being said. Short about 3 salad ingredients. Still tasty but not really what's on the menu.

I love the Panera Rewards program! You get more rewards the more times you go and try new things! I also love the order and rapid pick up option on the app. I work at Southpointe and can order my food earlier and then pick it up quickly so I don't waste my fifteen minute break waiting. Awesome staff and great service. Would definitely recommend!

South Pointe location a lot better than O street.

Thank you Panera! Today was the first time ordering thru your rapid order online. My son came home after school not feeling well and all he wanted was your broccoli cheddar soup. I picked up the order and found chicken noodle soup inside (of course I was at home). I called the store asking if I could pick up the correct soup and they BROUGHT IT to me! Wow! I wish I would have asked who delivered it...she has great, great, great customer service! Thank you!

Ordering through the app is the way to go. Skip the line, walk in grab your food and sit right down.

I ordered food for delivery and it said it would be here by 6:52 and it was here by 6:25. They ran out of a piece of my order and called me to get a substitute right before my food got here and then came back to bring the item. Amazing service.

Always good food but most especially the service. And it was a large group yet the young man took it all in stride. So friendly n courteous. He was amazing!!

Easy to order on kiosk upon entering & walking over to pickup- dont think I waited more than 3 minutes!!

Fast service and delicious food. I work at another establishment in SouthPointe and I often run over to Panera on my lunch break. Even if it's busy, I can usually order to-go and be in and out in less than 8 minutes.
