Washington County Treasurer

Just registered new vehicle. Paperwork from dealership had a $900 error in my favor. I was helped by the actual Treasurer and Merri her assistant, what a group of professionals they have here. I called twice and was helped both times fast. They handle 6 people at the front counter at one time when necessary, very little wait time if any. I have been coming here for 45 years now and it is always a pleasant experience. They process the photo's and collect money for the State License Examiners who only come one day a week and their process is very slow as they have limited staff from the State. Some folks mark the Treasurers Office down because of the Drivers License folks, this is not fair as they have zero control of these folks except to collect money. Keep up the great work in the Washington County Treasurer's Office.

Always outstanding service to renew my plates or to register a new car! The Drivers License portion can be a little slow, (they are only open one day a week) but you can always just go to Omaha if you don't want to wait in line.

every employee there is very friendly and helpful, I've only had to wait in line once. (you're gonna wait in line at any dmv you go to)

I have been calling for days, nearly six times a day, no answer and voicemail is full. Glad to see our tax money is being put to good use paying people who cant answer the phone tax payers pay for!

Waited for 4 hours to get drivers license! 40-50 people waiting to get in.
